While I was at Arbor Manor for rehab after my knee replacement surgery I received excellent care from everyone I came in contact with. Everyone was friendly, respectful and always took the time to listen. I would personally like to thank the staff at Arbor Manor for the great care during my stay. All of the nurses, CNA's, therapy, dietary, etc. - were great.

Jessica was wonderful helping me check in for the first time. My grandma is happier than she was at the hospital. The only problem is my grandma is in the last room of the hall; broken hip & femur bone, she wants & needs to be around people. I PRAY she’ll be able to get a room closer to people 🙏🙏🙏 She’ll be 91 on 1/8/22 it would be the BEST BIRTHDAY Gift to move up the hall. Thank you for a great Staff❤️🎉 First visit today.. Impressed today.

Don’t trust half of the reviews you read online about this place, they are mostly all written by the staff ! The ONLY thing arbor manor cares about is MONEY. They over work there staff so much it’s insane. On top of that they don’t follow proper safety procedures for EZ stands or hoyers, for example usually only 1 employee operates a machine like that at arbor manor when LEGALLY there needs to be 2. On top of that the employees don’t believe in gait belts. Most of the employees that work there currently have been there so long they get away with so much stuff and that’s why they stay

My mom and mother in law have both received wonderful outpatient therapy. The facility is very clean and welcoming. My mom’s strength and gait has changed so dramatically for the positive, she continues to do the exercises she was taught almost a year ago! My dad received care there for his last few days of life and was treated with compassion and respect. The staff were very attentive and kind. I would recommend Arbor Manor to anyone looking for inpatient or outpatient care/therapy.

What a horrible place-- PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE for your family member's well-being, do not send them to this place. I have a family member here who has fallen MULTIPLE times while on "fall precautions" and the charge nurse and CNA's still lie. They do not watch their patients and treat patients with negligence. Multiple state reports have been sent on this facility and still no investigations. It is sickening that healthcare "professionals" treat elderly patients the way that they do here. The level of patient care here unbelievable and a disgrace.

This facility has no regard for patient safety. My family member, who is a patient (unfortunately), has had multiple falls at this nursing home--each time, the staff member (I hardly refer to them as "healthcare professionals") tells the statement and does not take any responsibility for the incident. This is absolutely unprofessional--the patient is in your care, so when an incident occurs--it is on you. Each and every time my family member has fallen, the staff member has been near and not paying attention--yet their statement states opposite. If the staff member was paying attention
