I ordered the floral arrangements for my mom's funeral and they came out absolutely perfect! They have some of the best prices around and offer many exotic flowers along with the basics. I'll start off with a positive. The flower arrangements we received were absolutely beautiful. What upset me was the rude attitude of the girl who answered the phone when I returned a call to set up a time for delivery of flowers sent to my family. When I gave the girl my name, she seemed frustrated and said they have "been attempting delivery for days". I called yesterday (Saturday, early afternoon) and the delivery date on the card included with the flowers stated a delivery date of Friday, the day before. We had such a Great experience getting drop dead gorgeous arrangements here.. Weddings..Birthdays.. Funerals.. It's our GO TO PLACE!!Recently I was in and these 2 girls who worked there were such a HUGE help! (Jessica and Jocelyn) They had such great ideas and such patience with me. Wonderful!!! I recently had a birthday and my boyfriend took me to pick out my roses bc I am particular. Red, white and pink are over done. I love yellow roses. So looking through the coolers (which didn't have much) I found them, golden orange. I love them!!! Going on day 10 and they are still huge,open, fragrant, and gorgeous!

I just spoke with Gina to place an order for flowers for a wake/funeral. Not only is Flowerama the only shop open on Sunday, but they are able to deliver on July 4! Gina was lovely and helpful and checked to make sure they had the flowers we wanted. We now live out of state but Flowerama is definitely our new area florist when we need to send flowers back in Lorain County.

Had exclusively used Flowerama since it opened for my florist. However, I have totally lost faith with them. Ordered flowers for a friend in September. Delivered on time and beautiful as usual.
In October ordered what was to be the same arrangement. Was charged almost twice as much, flowers not as ordered ,did not last more than three days and card had numerous spelling errors. Was offered $10 store credit from a clerk but was told I had to go to store to get credit slip. Then found on my bank statement that I was charged $13 more than was told the bill would be. Called to discuss with owner
