I must be honest. I went to another place and immediately didn’t like the staff, I left. I went straight to Google and looked for reviews. I found The Eye Society had 5 stars. Shocked, I went straight to them. Immediately upon entering I was met by Dixie. I was so surprised to learn she was not from the south after talking with her. She is everything good about the south…warm, friendly, helpful, and easy going. She makes you feel good about having to wear glasses. The other young lady (sorry I forgot her name) she was very helpful with my insurance. Matt, he is so easy going and professional

Absolute best eye doctor ever. I now live on the East Coast and whenever I fly to Memphis I make sure to plan my appointments around my time there. That’s how great everyone is. They’re so nice, personable, and helpful. They also have the best glasses selection I’ve ever seen. Picked out my new Dior’s with Dixie- love her!

First time customer attending Eye Society…I must say the raved reviews did not disappoint in any way. Visited this place on Thursday and the minute I walked in, the staff was very personable and friendly. It didn’t stop there. Dr. Smith was really cool and prior to my exit their optical technician, Dixie was also a jewel. My only regret is not knowing the name of the other young lady but please know you were also exceptional. Looking forward to receiving my new specs and definitely coming back to this place again!☺️

Every part of the experience was outstanding. They were ready for me exactly at my appointment time. Dr. Mormon is outstanding and takes time with the visit. The techs and assistants are amazing -- friendly and helpful. They were familiar with my vision plan and made helpful suggestions based on their knowledge of my benefits. All in all, a GREAT visit and a great place. I recommend them without reservation.
