Dr. Smith is good but his staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, our family will no longer use him as a provider due to his staff being unbelievably clueless. There was a miscommunication about when our contacts would arrive. Instead of explaining the misunderstand and apologizing, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude, raising her voice, and walking away while I was asking her a question. I couldn’t believe how aggressive she was. My wife called and she proceeded to explain how she had just gotten back from a doctor’s appointment??? We didn’t need to know about

Soothing atmosphere, the temperature was very suitable as it is hot. I enjoyed polite conversation with very professional members of their staff the, doctor was very attentive. I definitely recommend this optometry clinic tofamilies with children and/or older adults because they cater to both groups.

If there were a 10 star rating, my wife and I would give Desoto Family Vision Center a 10+. Dr Smith, he wants me to call him Alan, and his staff makes you fill welcomed. All are upbeat and willing to help you. The first time my wife met Dr Smith, Alan, he knew more about eye care than any one she had dealings with. I ditto that. Fee? You will be pleased. :What in your wallet"? You will have some left LOVE THE STAFF.

I have been going to Dr. Smith for so many years, I’ve lost count, always professional, courteous, and always treated like I am their only patient . Very comfortable and always willing to take time to explain every thing in detail. 5 + stars to Dr. smith and his entire caring staff! You can’t go wrong with Desoto Family Vision.
