Place is awful. They falsely advertised an apartment that wasn't like the one we were sold. They have major procrastination problems. The day we moved in their was major plumbing issues that wasn't fixed until about two months into our lease. I've also informed them of a rat infestation in a particular area. Its been two weeks and it has yet to be dealt with. If you like rats crawling on the walls then this is the place for you. They have the time and money to add a public dog washing station but can't deal with the issues their tenants have. For the price they charge for their apartments, I would

Management money hungry, rude. Not really friendly. You can hear the neighbors upstairs walking all over their apartment. Good luck on sleeping in or enjoying your sleep.

Strada apartments where you can get robbed by qtr management, this management company is among one of the worst companies in the nation. i lived in strada for one year and once i moved out they decided that the whole apartment needed an upgrade and guess who paid for it? me. QTR management is garbage and im looking forward to suing them. Do not move into any property managed by qtr

This place seems nice until it gets dark. The place gets real sketch. There were some Mexican guys that broke into my car. They did a terrible job though they couldn't successfully take the car.

I rented a single bed apartment for 3 months only and did not bring any furniture or even a bed in the apartment . They ripped me off on my security deposit, per policy they kept $525 dollar deposit and returned only $142. They charged for the paint and cleaning the carpet, when the inspection guy told me the apartment looks like new and does not need paint or carpet cleaning. He handed over a checklist with $0 charged mentioned on it, also i would like to mention the inspection was scheduled two weeks before the move out date and i moved out of the apartment 2 days after the inspection was done

On the plus side, this property is quiet, reasonably well-maintained, and secure. But it is a royal pain for your friends and relatives to gain access, and there are some seedy characters that hang out on the street to the North. And beware the financial tactics. After moving out, my daughter was charged an extra month beyond what I signed on the lease, and before even finalizing what was owed they turned it over to a collection agency, which tacked on their its own generous collection fee. All this despite my daughter repainting the place and leaving it in pristine shape. They also tacked on a
