I was very excited to move into Windsor at Main Place as it is described as a "Luxury" apartment complex, however this has been the worst experience out of anywhere I have ever lived. Unfortunately, I wish I never moved in as the apartment was not move in ready. The staff is nice and have worked to address the issues, but problems should have been resolved prior to me arriving. The paint was wet, bathroom flooded, no AC, no hot water, stove caught on fire while preheating just to name some of the more major problems. Furthermore, I was told the unit was the same as the one I toured which it is

First off the office management team assigned to this property has absolutely no idea what they are doing. They allow people who have mold in there walls to stay there even if its a danger to their health or not. As a guest I can say this place is absolutely ran horribly and hopefully after the code enforcement and housing authorities come to make sure it's been safe they will treat Tennants better than this.. its horrible. Hopefully the new management will make sure to not risk the health of a tenant for a year than fix it as they move out. Do not waste your money or time on this place. The red

My husband and I rented a 1 bed, 1 bath with a 10-month lease. Overall it was a good experience, UNTIL after moving out we were charged a hefty amount for repainting, carpet cleaning, janitorial services, etc.
You see, it was just my husband and I, and as two adults we used the apartment with care and left it relatively clean. The walls were clean, no paint was damaged. I had even cleaned any odd marks along the counter where our barstools would be. The carpet was clean. The stove and fridge were not that clean I can admit, but for the amount we had to pay was way more than my sister pays to have

The office personnel does not communicate with each other nor do they follow up with residents following an issue. We are the ones who have to contact them. Cleanliness is also another issue with Windsor at Main Place. Until recently many parts of the complex such as hallways were hardly ever cleaned, and that includes the dog parks. Now when it comes to their no smoking policy, all they do is send emails but that doesn't help when our living room is filled with cigarette or weed smoke coming from our neighbors and nothing is done about it. I’ve lived here a few months now and I’ve had a great experience so far. The staff at Windsor made the move in process quick and easy, and the maintenance team is very fast at taking care of issues - usually within the same day. There are two pools here that are well maintained, and all of our amenities are currently open!

I have lived at windsor for a little over 5yrs and I can't say anything but great things about the leasing Team and maintenance Team . They you know you by 1st name, they are attentive and are Open to listening to the residents feedback. They are always looking on how they can make living at windsor enjoyable. Don't think I can live anywhere else.

I lived here for more than 2 years and cleanliness of the complex is always an issue to me. I only see one cleaner in most days. I think there's one day a week when there are two. Imagine cleaning 3 buildings, with 4 levels each. So, if there's a mess in the hallway, it will take days for it to be cleaned up.
On May 22, 2020 I saw a snake in the stair landing near the garage (as shown in the picture). I reported it immediately. I was worried that it might crawl inside my apartment.
After I reported it, I was hoping to see changes like additional cleaners. But unfortunately, I didn't see changes

Living in Windsor as both a new resident and amidst a global pandemic has been a very pleasant experience. Elizabeth and management have provided the necessary support and taken the necessary measures to keep us safe—everyone is friendly and plenty of doggos to spot around the community. Although we have yet to experience the full amenities (closed for covid) we are excited to try the gym, pool, and jacuzzi. Both my roommate and I are recent college graduates, working from home and can work without major interruptions. Highly recommend living here.
