I lived at fairway park apartments for about a year. I had constant problems with bugs, mold and mildew. I complained to the management constantly, the only response I received was different maintenance people who couldn't speek english try cheap and shotty work and not once would he management come to my apt. to see my concerns. there were constantly police in the complex and overall after 50 years it was absolutely the worst, dirtiest and unsafe places I ever lived. Don't even consider it.

I lived at Fairway Park for one year and have nothing but good things to say about it and their staff. The apartments are large and stylish for the price. It's a quiet family place with better parking then most places around and I didn't fear for my cars safety parking on the street. The office staff, Peggy and Evelyn are great. Any maintenance I requested was done very quickly. I don't know what else to say about it other then I'd recommend staying there esp. if you can get a garden apartment.
