Terrible service they don't have a card reader and have a lady here who doesn't know how to complete transacting they tried to charge me $65 for the length on the nail color display and say that was long . Never coming back . They lady didn't even know the prices for acrylic . And try to charge extra for what's suppose to be included

I came in to get acrylics & was not satisfied with results , she was in a rush to get my nails done they came out too thick and you could see my real nail on the ends overall bad customer service, gems on my ring finger were not straight. Would not recommend this place.

Wow I made an appointment to get my nails done and I show up on time the lady tells me to wait 30 minutes, I asked why do I have to wait I made an appointment didn't answer me the other lady comes out telling me she was going to take another customer over me first I was like oh ok ... I put my nail polish back and walked out of the nail salon.. I felt their customer service was unprofessional and if someone makes an appointment it's bc they want to be seen at that time and doesn't need to wait more time appointments should be taken in first right? At least that's what I thought

Me and my mother in law went I got a full set and a pedicure. They charge my mother in law $5 for a little flower and I told them I didn't want one so she started scrubbing my feet and said oh this is $5 more. I feel like they just try and get all the money they get out of you. The acrylic nails were put on so different it felt like the lady was rushing because they only have two people working. She was going back and forth between me and another lady I felt that was kinda rude but it's okay I will not be going back because the nails are so thick and they charge you ridiculous prices

Mindy.is awesome. She does such an awesome job shaping nails to make them look natural. I've received several compliments on my nails since I started going to her. Since its usually her and another person at the salon working, expect to have interruptions while getting your nails done. Saturday's are very busy and the wait times are longer then normal. They are closed Monday's and Tuesday and Wednesday are their not so busy days. Mindy is pretty quick and definitively worth it.

The lady was very nice. Got it done very quickly 45 minutes for a full set plus designs. Very even. I'm very very happy with the way the nails turned out. The only bummer was that the prices were higher than the website said (except they were still good prices) and she was about 20 minutes late. It's supposed to open at 10 so there were three of us waiting. But she did such a good job that it was hard to give her less than 5 stars. Would for sure go back

Mindi is awesome!she totally stands out from all the other nail tech 's...she is very sweet and patient...and she actually cares about her customers..and makes conversation...unlike many others that just rush you out ...not only she has awesome customer service she does a great job! And she is fast!the only bad thing I can say ...is that she gets real busy and it's hard to squeeze inn....but she is totally worth it!

MUCH better experience the third time going, this time for a fill. I learned my lesson and got there at 10:00 am when they were supposed to open. Docked a star cuz she was 15 mins late so the salon didn't open up until 10:15 and I had been waiting since 9:55. No real biggie tho.
I chose to come at this time because I figured it would be less busy. I was mistaken but because I was the first one there I think Maybe that's why she spent more time on my nails this time? Idk but she shaped them perfectly this time and everything turned out beautifully and exactly how I wanted it to look

I'm very disappointed in this place. My wife wanted to get her nails done. Two people were working on the woman before her. 10 min later one of them helped my wife. 5 min in someone else walked in and my wife had to wait so the lady could help her. This happens 3 times. Even when the other worker was finished just sitting playing on her phone. Looking at me like I did something wrong. Overall. They need to focus on one customer at a time.

First time here. I live across the street so I thought I'd try it. Super small place. It's a hole in the wall spa and it's so dirty and ugly. They were selling cheese graters for 3$ haha what the! They don't have a credit card machine , they charge you by using a paypal app on their phone and it charges a dollar extra to use your card. The spa chair don't have any massage to them and they have super worn pillows on the chairs instead. The chairs are old and dirty and the fabric is peeled off. To dry your nail they pull a huge industrial looking house fan and blow the air

For starters, the women working there were very nice. However I made an appointment and even arrived a little early. There were only two women working on a Saturday. She took a walk-in and didn't honer my appointment. I was there for 2.5 hours before I got my pedicure and was not able to get my nails done with gel because I simply could not wait any longer. It was infuriating. Furthermore, It's a tiny little place that claims they're the cleanest nail salon...but the walls are dirty, there's children's toys scattered around and there was a baby cockroach walking on the
