I absolutely love this nail salon! I come here every 3 weeks for a gel manicure and spa pedicure with Kathy and Hanna - the dream team! They always take such good care of me :) they do a fantastic, detailed job and I always leave happy and pampered.
I drive 30 mins out of my way to come here! That's how great they are. It's not easy finding a nail salon that consistently executes perfect work - but I finally found it with Kathy and Hanna. Thank you ladies

Very nice salon. Friendly staff. The pedicure chairs are new and very nice. The use a liner for the tub, but I'm not sure if the tools were packaged and sanitary.
My pedicure turned out great. Not a lot of pressure for upgrade which I appreciate. Lots of nice colors to choose from. I was a walk in and got right in.

Jackie is the absolute best! When I first went in, I was getting the dip powder on my nails and she recommended a different way that would make my nails stronger and able to withstand playing softball (still using the dip powder, just with a brush!). The other women working there are all great with pedicures as well! Everyone is super friendly and they welcome you in with great customer service. I will continue going back every couple of weeks!

I just went for pedicure, didn’t want manicure. They said holiday is coming let’s just coloring your nails. They startet with manicure without asking me what kind of manicure I want. It ended up with $30 just for the manicure which is looking very unprofessional!
I don’t know why I had to pay $30??? It was a very simple manicure!
The pedicure was ok, classic for $23.

I didnt even get a chance to get my nails done here. I know its covid and everything but they are still an open business. I walked in and made an appointment and was able to get booked like an hour later. I show up early for the appointment and no one is there what so ever. Two other people actually showed up a few minutes after me for appointments as well. I stayed for at least 35 minutes and still no one. Even though covid is going on, they are an open business and should especially be there knowing they have appointments booked.

I was so excited to find an open nail salon close by to me as my usual salon has been closed. They were able to make an appointment for me right away, which was awesome! I went in for a dip manicure, and showed a picture to the nail tech. It was a dip ombré, and she was very insistent that I get the acrylic overlay done instead as it would be stronger for my nails. I went ahead with her advice, and every single nail is already lifting! :( I had this service done 4 days ago, and they're all about to pop off. Never in my 17 years of salon experience have I been treated so horribly. I set my appointment with salon owner Snow. I arrived on time & ready for my new full set as I had requested directly with her. I waited patiently while she continued with her other client.
I was then directed by another woman to sit in her chair. The horrendously rude treatment began. As the nail tech Jackie began berating me about the 3 remaining nails I had left on. Probably one of the best experiences I've had in a nail salon. Jackie and Snow were able to squeeze my mom, sister and me in for mani/pedis on a busy Saturday afternoon. They were not only both friendly and attentive but also did some amazing work with our nails. My dip powder mani from by Jackie has lasted 3 solid weeks, and they looked phenomenal! (I'll update with a picture of my next one)
Also, an added bonus: Jackie does great eyebrow waxing/shaping!

New to the area and was looking for a nail salon. Next door is one of my favorite markets so was happy to find this salon.
Very happy with the service and work! Love my nails! I asked for square and that's what I got.
I am active in climbing and hiking so my feet and hands show it (broken nails, callus etc)... they did an awesome job and helped me pick a color I loved!

I set an appointment for 5 and typically I get to appointments early just in case they have time to take me earlier. The person I had an appointment with then put the nail polish on my nails to let them soak (because I had gel on) and then she proceeded to take another customer and I ended up sitting there for 45 minutes until she came back to me. I would probably have understood if I was a walk-in but I had deliberately made an appointment to avoid waiting that long. I ended up just leaving because I would rather not pay for poor service.

Today was my 1st time at the shop definitely coming back! Hannah did my pedicure she was absolutely so sweet and detail oriented. My toes haven’t felt this good in a very long. Jackie did my fill and just like Hannah she was awesome. Owner walked in the store in the middle of my service and she was an absolute pleasure. All the girls where so nice and accommodating. It was really nice being in a salon and having them actually talk and joke with you and make the time go by so fast. Definitely an awesome salon and definitely worth the try.

I usually have a great experience. Jackie is my favorite go to person for my nails but the other girls ale good too. Except for Saturday, I got a new lady, she did a horrible job, I had to keep telling her to what to do, she didn't cut my cuticles, my nails are different shapes. Just not good at all. It was a lady that was wearing a wig. I probably won't go there anymore. I'm giving it 3 starts for the past good experiences.

Everything about my experience here was perfect. The salon is clean and comfortable and the people who work here are very friendly too.
My nail technician was Winnie and another lady did my pedicure, but I didn't catch her name. They both did an amazing job. Prices are decent. This is definitely my new spot!

I've been to this salon twice, both times I've seen Ivy.
She's very friendly and accommodating, although there is a bit of a language barrier. In the long run though, it's all about the quality of her work, and I'm completely satisfied.
It's been almost 4 weeks since my last pedicure and the polish is still beautiful. My gel manicure lasted 3 weeks...and only needed to be redone because of growth.
At other salons I've had issues with chipping polish...which was blamed on me...not one nail has chipped after seeing Ivy.
The salon is clean with a good "vibe

I chose a very pale translucent pink and I love the natural look. Can't wait to see how these compare to gels but this may be my favorite manicure ever. This little nail shop is hidden in a shopping center and almost unnoticeable from outside. I was headed home from Frazier Farms and asked Siri to tell me where there was a nail shop near me and she lead me here! Way to go Siri!
I had a toe injury and hadn't gotten a pedicure in almost a year. My daughter starts school tomorrow and was begging to get one. We both got pedicures and she got a manicure for $45 (not including tip) They were super busy and a little short staffed when we got there, but i didn't mind waiting at all.
