The management there is completely unprofessional and doesn't have a kind bone in their body. I hope they realize what goes around comes around. Good luck to future tenants I hope you never expiernece the lack of empathy and lack of maturity I experienced with this new manager who seems to be on a bit of a power trip. Good riddance bad rubbish.

If I could I would leave negative stars. The workers are horrible, especially in the sense that they just give you a complete run around instead of addressing the issue at hand. There’s also a 9 times out of 10 chance that you won’t even get ahold of anyone. Out of all of my attempts of calling during hours and emailing through the website, as a prospect, I got answered just a hand full of times. If youre expecting to pay your application fee of $60 well youre sadly mistaken as well. Go ahead and add an additional $125 to that $60. YES THATS RIGHT! A $185 application fee for a 2 star rated

Although the Waterford glen apartments website boasts a lot of amenities and features, they are partially untrue.
For example the 7 laundry rooms around the complex is more like 5. One is completely wrecked due to the winter storm and inoperable. The others only take coins because the card readers are all broken.
It says apartments have fridges and dish washers, which is true…but they are very old and out of date.
The pools? Closed most of the time.

Apts are good size and fairly price. The first time we saw our apt was when we moved in. The appliances are outdated. We had a few issues over the years. AC went out, sewer backup, etc. Maintenance has always taken care of it, although sometimes it took numerous requests. You could do worse than these. But if you are wanting modern this might not be for you.

I basically would go somewhere else to apply if I were you. I applied here and paid close to $330, they acted like I was getting the apartment told me my move-in date and my apartment number, and said everything was "perfect" and then called the next week saying I didn't qualify. Then I talked to a different lady and she said they could do where I pay all my 6 months rent upfront which I agreed but she said I would need to talk to the lady handling my paperwork, which I then called back an hour later since she was not there and asked her about the risk fee and to pay my 6 months before I moved

Pleasant apartments. Nice location. Read your contract very carefully. They design it very well to take every dollar they can. If you do not give written notice of departure 60 days before the end of your lease, they will automatically renew it and charge you for the days you aren't there.
Don't expect much help from the office staff. Their general policy is to do the minimum work possible for you. They are inflexible in every way that hurts, but totally willing to bend the patience of the tenants with spotty electricity, slow response to repairs, and a snarky attitude to your concerns. They seem

While it is a nice place to live....the office isn’t all that helpful. The most exciting thing they do is the weekly trivia. The maintenance guys are nice but it’s hard to get repairs done. Personally, I’ve had repairs needed in my place for months that still haven’t happened and few positive interactions with the office. The nicest they were was the day I signed my lease.

I've lived at Waterford Glen Apartments for over 3 years now. Management is good at addressing questions, concerns, and service request within a reasonable time. The inside of the non updated units are still nice for the price. My concern is the exterior of the buildings are beginning to show there age. The breezeways and exterior windows are dirty and haven't been cleaned the entire time I have been here. The shared laundry rooms are often out of service which is a huge inconvenient for units without laundry connections. The location and value are great for the money. Also, the apartments are
