Lion's Court is beyond amazing.The people in the leasing office are so understanding and welcoming. Even the maintenance workers are extremely nice and responsive when doing their job. Lion's court does a great job of explaining and answering questions and they really put time and effort into each person that lives here. It's such a great and welcoming community that my roommate and I are constantly talking about it to our friends and coworkers. This place is definitely worth checking out!

When I started touring places in Wichita Falls lions court was by far the best option management wise and price. They were great about checking in with me, making sure I was taken care of and had a place to come home to. I’m seriously so thankful Jessica works here, within the same day of move in I met multiple maintenance workers who always make sure to say hello and check in and ask about my dog too. It’s a very friendly community that makes you feel at home right away. I ended up getting a 2 bedroom for the same price as a 1 bedroom. Nothing was seriously wrong with the apartment and you

Definitely a gem of an apartment complex. Nice quiet surroundings with friendly neighbors and just an overall feeling of safety. The staff is just as warm as the environment. Very pleasant folks. I've never immediately felt at home in an apartment, but there's a first time for everything I guess. Highly recommend

The staff and maintenance are amazing!! The ladies at the desk are super sweet and they glow as much as they can when you have a problem or if ya need help with something that needs to be fixed they send maintenance over and they do such a great job! It’s quiet and clean! And I feel super safe over in this area! Thank you guys for everything y’all do!!

Recently moved into apartment at Lions Court, and it's been a good experience. Office staff are patient and helpful. Maintenance men are prompt and thorough. Neighbors are quiet. Everyone is so friendly!

From the first contact call to moving in, it has been a great experience. The staff goes above and beyond to bring you a professional and enjoyable move to your new home. We moved from out of town and have never even been to Wichita Falls before. I spoke to Jessica and she immediately made me feel comfortable with our choice of apartment complex and excited to move to Wichita Falls. The apartment we have moved into is roomy and so comfortable! The complex is quiet and all of our neighbors are friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Lions Court Apartments!

Highly recommend this complex. Jessica was amazing helping me get situated as a first time renter. She was always available to answer any questions I had to make the process go smoothly. Staff was very transparent about the details of the lease, etc. The 2 bedroom apartment is great, clean and has brand new floors that look great. Perfect choice for first time apartment renters! 5/5

I recently moved in and they have been great so far. The staff has been responsive and helpful throughout the move-in process. Maintenance was able to make initial repairs in a timely manner and without disturbance. The rooms are spacious and there's plenty of storage. There have been some nights where the dogs can be heard barking, but it's manageable. The only other downside is that it's near the railroad tracks so throughout the night you can hear the train horn blowing. Overall, I look forward to living here for years to come.
