Pets may be dogs or cats but cannot be more than a total weight of 25 pounds. We do not accept Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid, or any mix of these breeds. Property staff reserve the exclusive right to make the final determination as to dog breed. Pets allowed without deposits: small birds, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs, fish aquariums that are five (5) gallons or less.

Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is $1200 due 30 days from the date that your notice was submitted. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

Very outdated apartment community. Old carpet, some weird liquid dripping from the wall vents and extremely poor customer service. Additionally if you’re military and get orders to PCS or deploy, they’ll do their best to swindle every dime possible from you. Would give less than one star if possible. I’ve never had an issue with an apartment front office until dealing with this company.

Amazing location really close to town colleges Love management and quiet neighbors! However for the entire time I’ve been here I’ve had maintenance issues with leaky sinks and toilet in the summer I had to get my air conditioner fixed and in the winter my heater they fixed it once and maybe 4 months later it broke again and it was “fixed” a couple of days ago but there was no change I’m just going to buy a space heater at this point. For rent being this high (and raised a minimum of 50$ every renewal) you’d think the heating and cooling would work! I’m pretty sure my upstairs neighbor

I moved into the apartments in July 2019, and I have loved every second of it! The awesome ladies in the office are always helpful. Any time I have an issue, it is resolved that day. Nice size and the amenities are great! It took getting used to with the highway right there, but it's incredibly convenient. I highly recommend!

I went to view these apartments when I was searching for a place to live, I immediately loved this place!! Brittany is the girl I spoke with in the office, and she couldn’t have been more professional, considerate and welcoming. She has a wonderful attitude and answered every question I had without hesitation!
These apartments are some of the most well-kept and clean apartments in this city; There is no trash scattered about, like other apartments around, and it is a relatively nice quiet place to be.
