I’ve lived here for about 7 months now and I can say not once I’ve ever had any problems with the neighbors. Everyone keeps to their self. My only gripe about this place is that they don’t have a pool here and that’s kinda my purpose of getting an apartment because of free swimming. Why did I come here. It’s because me and my ex split and I needed… a place to go. I started off with nothing and I was already behind on my first 2 to 3 months of rent and they been nothing but patient with me and I really appreciate that. And another I don’t like about my

I was a bit nervous because of some of the older reviews. But I came in just as new management took over and found the apartments to be exactly what I was looking for! I stayed in a furnished apartment while my husband did training at the Air Force Base. It’s very close to the base (for driving or walking) and several places to shop and eat. It’s also affordable and management is extremely helpful and friendly!

It was convenient to be so close to base while my husband was at tech school and that they allowed pets and included utilities in the rent. However, there were issues that I addressed at move in (such as my kitchen light hanging above the sink and having no lighting in the hallway) that were never even looked at, even after telling the office staff… a second time. It was nice to have on site laundry, but we spent quite a good bit of money doing our normal laundry, plus loading the money card in the office was a pain. Towards the end of my stay, there were a lot of strange people who moved

We had a great experience living here! The staff is EXTREMELY friendly, understanding, and helpful. It’s also close enough to the base for those that don’t have a vehicle and need to get to their loved ones or for them to get to you. They also are updating each of the apartments which look amazing! It also helps that the prices are extremely reasonable :)

If you are looking for a place to rent, I do not suggest going to Lincoln Heights. The washer and dryers are hardly ever working and cost $1.50 which it eats most of the time and it's not their problem, its whatever company the washer and dryers are through. Not only did they keep $180 worth of my deposit because they had to change the medal pieces below the burners, but as I tried to ask questions that I was concerned about, she kept telling me that she was going to hang up on me because I wasn't letting her talk. She constantly kept interrupting me as I was trying to ask basic questions about

My 1 1/2 year old son and I lived here for roughly 4 months while my husband finished up tech school at Sheppard AFB. Really nice furnished apartments, fast maintenance and the front office were great to work with. You don’t have to set up any electric, they roll it into your rent. Which we hardly ever went over the cap. The only bad thing I’d have to say is the walls are incredible thin! Other than that I’d recommend this place to any AF spouse. FYI, you will get your deposit back if you follow the cleaning list they give you and make sure everything is nice when you leave. I received all

Loved my time living here while my husband was completing his tech training at Sheppard AFB. The cost of living here is extremely reasonable considering that all utilities are paid. The landlord, Chelsea, is the best! One of the furnished chairs became wobbly, and she had it replaced within just a couple of hours. We never had any other problems while we were there. :)
