The entire Build is infested with roaches.
Once I paid for two months in advance but they still charged me a late charge of $300 because they cannot post more than a months rental in advanced...
Towed my vehicle once with notice.
No escalation point of contact for Brady. She does as she wants
SHe will say no additional car parking (or no parking) but she herself occupied 2 spaced in the building for her two cars
More than anything this place is a zomieland of roaches and Brandy ensures she will not inform you when you are moving in and suffer later..

I first moved I a two bed room apartment in this complex for a year. It was great. Then i down sized into the one bedroom apartment building. It is absolutely discusting. The manager Brandy NEVER disclosed that cockroach infestation within the entire building before I moved in. After i paid the first month and deposit she showed me my apartment which was not cleaned properly and i seen a roach crawling up the wall. Her response when i pointed it out was "Oh just keep it clean you wont have a problem. We have it sprayed every two weeks"

Nice area to live but left due to new management the manager brandy was very unprofessional also her husband once he seen me go thru the gates at scott lane like i always did so i guess he thought it would be funny to tie fishing string across the entrance to the school in the little alley way and i rode into it i had an idea that it was him so i put it in front of his door and walked away did not knock or anything just set it on the floor and walked away about 20 min later I come out my apartment and its right in front of my door so now that i know 100% it was him we go knock on his door to confront
