I am publicly sharing this so that other renters can be aware of this scam. I moved out of this apartment in June, but they have charged me July's rent. I have contacted the apartment manager multiple times and they rarely, if ever, pick up. And when they do, they give me the run-around and say they're looking into it. I have yet to receive the refund for July's rent.
I even contacted Woodmont, but their regional manager or the vice president refuses to pick up even after leaving messages. If you want to be charged rent when you didn't even live there, please feel free to rent

SCAM ALERTS!! They overcharged us after we moved out. Can't contact them by calls or emails. We tried to contact them for past few weeks and solve this issue in person. But nothing solved. Check your bank accout to see if they still charge you even though the contract is over. They will never contact you first for the overcharge. I'm pretty sure this would happen again to anyone. Don't trust this apartment. We will file a claim for sure.

I lived here for a year from June 2019-June 2020 and totally loved it. The the neighborhood and most of the neighbors at Tamarack were almost ideal, save for a few sketchy characters (but what neighborhood doesn't have those). Hands down the best part about living here, though, was Chris. Chris made the whole renting experience stress free, no nonsense, honest, and downright pleasant. We received a welcome package at move in, and small gift around the Holidays- not super important, but we always felt welcome. Chris is the most welcoming and understanding property manager anyone could ask for

My fiancé and I lived here from July 2015 to present. This place is a wonderful complex to live in because the units are clean, the laundry has been recently updated, and Chris and Gary really care about their tenants.
Although I am moving to a new city soon, I would definitely recommend living here! FYI, there's a 1 bedroom apartment coming available in early January 2018 :)

My boyfriend and I have been living here since the beginning of May, and we are happy to say that we chose a nine month lease and not the year lease. The neighborhood is lovely and a great safe neighborhood for children, however these apartments are way overpriced. Nobody should pay as much as we do for a one bedroom apartment. Close to two grand monthly. I just don't think that it is worth it. They're nice apartments but not luxury apartments at all! We really rushed into finding a place and I really wish we would have looked around more before choosing this place, and we are looking
