I called for pricing and what specials they were offering and Grant was the one that helped me. He had the best most upbeat attitude and was extremely pleasant to talk to. I never leave reviews but his friendliness through the phone definitely caught my attention. Thank you Grant for just being NICE!

I was skeptical before moving in here because of reviews about management and how they treat their tenants.
During COVID, I got a good deal and somehow they sweetened it by getting 100s of approvals to match my expectations. That tells me they care about not just closing their numbers but also for the customer.
Since I have been living here, I have had several maintenance issues like the door knobs, washer, lighting etc and they were very prompt in resolving them and even called to ask about feedback a couple time.
Things have been sweet generally but the new management has improved the way

Apartment was not ready for move in. Kitchen smells disgusting and cabinets had hardened food + oil stains from previous tenant. Despite having reported all these issues, leasing management team tried hard to deny the presence of the kitchen smell, and made it sound like I was being ridiculous with my complaints. Kitchen re-cleaning process was sloppy and unsatisfactory - the same piece of cloth was used to wipe down the microwave, stove top, sink, back-to-back with no rinse in between. All the dirt and dust was wiped off to the kitchen floor, with no follow-up cleaning of the kitchen floor. If

Current Resident..Stolen Package..Worst Management Response..Stay Away..
We moved in recently to Villas on the Boulevard and ordered an item from Amazon.
1. UPS package was delivered on 16-Oct-20. Package tracking shows as delivered.
2. We got a concierge package pickup message on 16-Oct-20 at 10:10 AM
3. When we went to pickup the package from apartment locker. It wasn't there.
On Monday we explained our issue to the Management:
1. The lady in the lobby (Betsy Pedroza) was super rude.
2. Management don't trust their residents all they want is money.

I have recently moved in at this property and the leasing staff has been great. Everyone I’ve talked to is kind and helpful, but I have worked primarily with Arshak and he’s fantastic! He is knowledgeable, efficient, and you can tell he really cares about making sure the residents are happy. I hope my stay here will continue to be as great as the initial move in.
