Below Message from management forth time in a month and no one use AT&T in the apartment but water is used by everyone hope north park understands someday water is most important than internet for a home
Emergency Water shut off. A main water line has been hit during construction and we are preparing to turn off the water for emergency repair within the next hour or so. We hope this will only take 2 hours once water is turned off. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The worst apartments. Management always shut down water by saying that AT&T has accidentally broke the main water supply pipeline. If it is happening more often then it is not an accident. Manager Allison is so rude that she doesn't understand the situation of a women who is having periods. Grabbing a bottle water from leasing office is not a solution when a women is having periods and terminating the lease is also not a solution and these are the responses(terminating lease, grabbing a water bottle from leasing office) from Manager Allison. Rent is too high and maintenance is too worst. Please

Trying to ignore my neighbors, but everyday it's like a parade is happening upstairs always banging and stomping cabinets being banged. I just renewed my lease being extremely optimistic and couldn't find a better price elsewhere, but I can't enjoy my off time at home. I wish I could speak to office about it, but I've never had any luck the previous times I've raised the issue with the manager. I'm so unhappy in this building.

Worst apartment I never seen before.
Lot of Rochers and they are telling like upgraded apartments but we are seeing lot of Rochers in upgraded apartment. Even gate is opened since 6 months and they are charging 50$ for gate key. Every time it’s open i seen some of reviews lot of robberies also this apartment don’t waste your money and don’t come to this apartment at all.
Leasing office very rude they don’t have common sense at all to talking the people.
Don’t come i will not recommend this apartment.

Better to stay away from this apartment. I regret staying here for almost 3 years. When I exited the apartment I was charged hefty amount for carpet replacement for a small stain that can be removed by usual carpet cleaning services. In fact I hired a professional cleaning service when I exited the apartment.
Also, you'll be paying charges to the company that collects your rent when you pay online(even when paying from your bank account)
Also beware of those water and sewage charges. Oh man, that's a big scam happening in the apartment. You'll be paying for the water and sewage used by the entire

Sadly This apartment complex is not as great as it seems. My husband car was broken into a couple weeks ago and we let the leasing office know about the situation but never got a called back about it. ( FYI The back gate of the apartment complex has also been broken for months now). They never sent out a warning to ANYONE about the situation and that they should be careful about locking their cars. After this situation, the car was stolen. We called again and they said “they don’t insure safety” to their residents... what is the point of the gates then? They have not let any

I moved at the end of August 2020 and didn’t have a lot of time to find an apartment as my job was starting soon. I researched as much as I could as was moving here from FL. So the management office sales person showed me what they had open at the time. Even though I hate climbing the 3 flights of stairs every time I leave or come back, I really like the 3rd floor apartment I got with a fireplace and that is nice especially on cold winters..nice ambiance n always calming n relaxing. The bathroom is nice and big with lots of counter space and nice big tub with good shower pressure. I like the

Considering North Park Estates as your place of residence? Well I've been living here since September 2020 and it's been great. Upon moving in, there were a few issues created by the previous tenant. But the management staff (Allison, Shirleen, Brooke, Amber) and the maintenance staff (Brandon and his team) have all been great! They ensured all my needs were attended to, and they still are very responsive to my requests. I am pretty particular (haha), but I never once felt as though I was a bother. As such, I can say with confidence that they will work very hard to ensure that all your needs are

Have been here almost 2 years. Have a second office manager since we have been here. Staff pretty nice and helpful. What I Don't understand is why you have to call every week for Pest Control. Pest control Shouldn't be an option, it should be Mandatory. Apartments are known for roaches , bugs, and unfortunately not everyone is as clean as myself. Also for what we pay in rent since we moved in almost 2 years ago , we should be In an Updated unit not an old unit not updated. Old as hell dishwasher yes it works but that's not the point , we Pay a lot to live here but have ugly white

Applications process was fast and easy.My leasing agent Hunter was extremely helpful very knowledgeable. I told him I needed a place ASAP. Two days, later I got my keys. Been here for two months and so far so good. The apartment is beautiful. Upgraded, All electric and reasonably priced. If you decide to visit ask for Hunter.
