My daughter and I went here a few weeks ago. We were seated immediately and it wasn't too crowded. Unfortunately, the length of my daughter's nails were too short and she was told after they were cut down that the longer nails would cost more. That would have been something to say up front. They were so thin that one broke off that evening and others popped off until they were all gone within a week. Would have gone back to have them fixed but what would have been the point?
The pedicure I received started chipping two days later and within a week looked as if I had not had them

Paula did an awesome job on my pedicure. She was quick, but thorough. I've been looking for a place since I'm new to the area and this was my first time here, I will be back for sure. They offer the frills if you are interested such as hot wax, clay mask, sugar scrub etc, but I like to be in/out. I didn't feel rushed or pressured on upgrading and there looked to be a lot of regulars.

This place is a disappointment. I have tried it several times and never gets better. Not only do they rush each pedicure, but its not even a good one. This last time i said 3x i have a slight ingrown toenail and each response was "ok". Then she just went on and didn't even finish filing toes before she moved on to next thing. They charge way too much money for the continued shotty work rhat they do.

I went in for a pedicure and to remove acrylic nails and to do a polish change. The pedicure lasted maybe 10 mins and they were not that busy. It was me and a friend and my daughter. My daughter ended up not doing anything bc they said it would be over a hour for acrylic nails. but sns they can do now. The people who did mine and my friends pedicure talked about us the entire time by pointing and such because they spoke a different language they never carried a conversation with us. this place was not very personable and after waiting for nails to dry and toenails I get in the car n polish is smeared

I'm just visiting from Greenville, SC. When I walked in I was stunned at how large the place was. The guy the kind of greeted me. Basically pointed to a chair and walked away. Then a sweet young girl named Cena came over to do my pedicure. She was awesome! I'd definitely give her 5 stars. She convinced me to go ahead and get a gel polish change. But, she couldn't absolutely couldn't get the women that worked there to get off their phones while laying in the vacant pedicure chairs to do my nails. I finally said never mind. She then said let me do them as soon as I'm done

Left on a bad note. I offered to pay the tip in cash as the sign asks (my bill for service was $118 -for two people) three different people did our nails. I rounded up and gave a 20 percent tip in cash. They were mad that I didn't give them a cool $10 each. Since when is 20 percent not enough? The woman scoffed at me. The other woman made me wait for change. They kept saying three people. Why can't they make their own change if they are requesting tips in cash? I don't think I'll go back with so many other options around.

Arrived at 6:50 PM and I believe the closing time is 8:00 PM. Was rushed to a chair right on top of another customer even though there were many open chairs. I was not shown how to work the massage feature nor was I offered a drink (on my last visit I was offered a drink). The technician was VERY rough and at one point, I thought she may have clipped skin. After pedicure I was rushed out without being given an opportunity to sit under the lights and fans. Apparently, a huge group of workers were planning on going out and even though I left at 7:30, they couldn't get me out the door fast enough

I had my eyebrows waxed here and was not happy with the result. She got it too thin with too much if an arch so I looked like I was perpetually surprised. Not happy at all. I didn't get my nails done at the time and now I never will. I don't believe they'll do a good job. There are plenty of other places I can go to in town.

They put a lot of time and pampering into the $20 pedicures alone, and the polish lasts me like 3 weeks!
I like to go when they open on Saturdays, but even when they are slammed with customers, they try to give you their undivided attention. They chat with you, try to get to know their customers. I saw a post that said a person waited in the water. They like to try to move waiting customers along,so you're not just sitting in the waiting chairs. They like to already have your feet soaking if

I am posting on my husbands account and thought noa deserves a shout out. I live close by and have been to a few of the local salons. This is my favorite. They are always accommodating. I have learned that there are two kinds of pedicure people- quick and dirty, or indulgent and relaxing. I myself prefer the latter- these ladies are thorough. And unlike other places, they don't add acetone to their polish to prolong its life (which makes it chip a day after you leave).
