Well I'd say this location is doing pretty well considering that they are extremely short staffed. There is often a line out the door and more Doordash orders than I can count. They have improved at getting in store customers attention instead of just their fixation on Doordash. From my experience as a customer here, Friday and Saturdays are always the busiest. so, be prepared to have some sort of wait time if you come on those days. Also, they make cookies fresh. so if you're mad about a cookie not being ready, go somewhere else where they can give you fresh frozen cookies!

A little on organized but I know it’s such a fast paced business and probably rather challenging to navigate for the employees. There just seems to be a lack of communication and it could definitely use a little more of a streamlined Process. Other than that I’m a happy camper!

Great cookies, but they are significantly understaffed for some of the busiest nights of the day. The staff working is doing the best they can, but when you have one individual trying to complete three different individuals' jobs, you can only imagine the anarchy and wait times that ensued and the customers that get ignored. I had to just leave without my previous cookie.

Yucky yucky yucky. Huge oversized cookies that make your stomach hurt. Like they are not good at all and I got a 4 pack variety out of the 6 offered.
Update: tried it again this week 3 out of 4 were okay. I got rocky road, reeses, caramel popcorn, and funfetti. The funfetti was hard as a rock and extremely dry. The rocky road i liked the texture. The caramel popcorn one was my favorite because it was unique and delicious. Over all, i really think this is somewhere for me to just get one cookie they are just too large and heavy and hard to eat alot of. I really think they would be great as smaller

Two stars because the cookies are good, but I received poor customer service. I was waiting in line to order. I was told I would be helped in a minute, and then two men that came in after me, were helped, and ordered with the same staff member. I thought she had just forgotten and made a mistake, but then I didn’t receive an apology or anything once I ordered. It was my first experience with Crumbl, and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

This place was so good. It's tiny, but they're so quick it doesn't matter. The cookies tho, 😍!!! Wish I had a pic to post but the kids ate them all so quick lol. I love that while you're ordering the cookies usually have just come out of the oven, so they're all nice and warm and delicious. I can not wait to go back !!

Best cookies I’ve ever had. I get excited each week for the new flavors. They always look amazing, too.

Dirty cake, chocolate chip, circus animal, and m&m cookies we had gotten everything is sold out at this location. Staff was very nice and friendly though which I'm grateful for. These for cost 12 and some change. The entrance is where the parking lot is at.

We had never location but saw it & it looked interesting. Everything was clean & displayed well, so you know what to choose from. They have a rotation of flavors each week & it keeps things interesting. We enjoyed each cookie. They were soft & big. You have to order 4 cookies at a time, but WHO CARES! LMBO.
