The core value of my clinic is to foster growth, self-awareness and curiosity. We often lose sight of our true goals in life and what gives us joy. Introspection and willingness to face challenges which may seem to derailed us from these goals can impact every aspect of our lives. My job is to help keep you on track and to navigate you through these challenges.
Services
I have worked extensively with children, teens and adults struggling with a variety of challenges. Private practice has allowed me to better provide services in my areas of specialty, and to practice the autonomy, leadership and concierge level care which I believe is optimal for care. As mother to a 7 year old, I increasingly value the precious time I have with my daughter.
Sleep disorders such as insomnia have a significant impact on our lives, but have been shown to be highly, successfully treatable with techniques such as CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Unfortunately medications used to target insomnia often fail to produce long term benefits. Understanding the physiology, and psychology of sleep is essential to treatment of behavioral sleep disorders.
