Douglas Ga Cargo Trailer Sales

Tried all 3 phone numbers multiple times, first one went straight to voicemail with a full inbox... shame since I was going to buy a trailer while in Georgia.

On may 11th I placed a order for a 30ft black enclosed trailer. I paid half up front and the rest was due when I pick up. Was told 4 to 6 weeks. Well as that 5th into the 6th week was coming around of course couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Finally got ahold of paul Sutton he said they are having powder coating issues. Then the next week he said the black metal is on back order. Quit hearing from him so I call lark directly which I’m pretty sure this place operates out of the lark factory. Finally get ahold of someone named Matt (I think)he says he will check on it well they had built a white

They never return the phone calls. Very poor customer service from Paul. Wouldn’t recommend. So happy we bought our trailer at OutLaw Trailers. Jennifer was so friendly and returned the calls right away.

The whole process was fast and easy. The price sheet pdf was straightforward and made decisions easy. We called and quickly had all our many questions answered. We went ahead and ordered what we wanted, and put down a deposit. The trailer was finished and ready for pickup ahead of schedule. When we picked it up we got a good chance to inspect it, and learn some things about it. You should bring a lug wrench to tighten the wheels on your ride home at specific intervals! I have to say I'm very pleased with the whole process from start to end. Spoke to Paul described to him how I wanted my trailer and asked for time frame on it being done. Came through for me within the 2 weeks that I needed the trailer and actually got it done sooner. Also have to say hands down on the gentleman that works with them for delivery, on point and delivers as scheduled. Overall very satisfied and would definitely continue doing business in the future.

Stay away if you know what's good for you.
Find professional builders and one that has an actual business. This place is not even a registered businesses go ahead and look them up yourselves.
They took my money and wasted my time for 4 months.

Did not follow through with anything they said they would do. Jason states he is to busy to do what he says. I wouldn’t buy from this dealership

The worst customer service ever! Had a dome vent dry rot and crack. I called them up 2 weeks ago and was told no problem it’s under warranty! I’ve called 3 times since, Jason has told me parts department has sent it off and still I have yet to see it. Just called all 3 numbers on their site and google To see what the deal is and no one is answering. Guess I will be going to Trailers of the East Coast. I will not do business with them nor do I recommend anyone else waste their time and money!
