Would rate lower if I could. Customer Service was practically non existent after order was placed then could not get any updates on completion of my trailer. They were more than happy to take my money but haven't been so eager to talk since. I would not recommend this bunch to my worst enemy. BUYER BEWARE - Very convenient that you can't find me in quickbooks now. Guess that is how it goes with your business.

Do Not Purchase from these scheisters. they try to upsell you on everything then don't follow through on their promises. Also nearly no communication once they talk you into purchasing. The guy that I started out talking to didn't know as much as I did about trailers so he was no help and seemed lazy about trying to get me the answers that I had. Was not a good experience and I would advise buyers to look elsewhere and deal with trustworthy people instead of getting a lot of empty promises from these folks.

Tried to order a trailer and was willing to make the drive to Georgia from michigan. I was asking alot of questions due to the far drive and wanted to make sure everything was correct. Lady was annoyed by my questions and gave alot of attitude. Also its August 27th and they couldn't get window installed before the 11th of September.

Shore 2 Shore personnel were great too work with purchasing the trailer. We had issues with getting a trailer delivered that wasn't damaged. The first trailer was returned after the delivery company wrecked the trailer. The next delivery company used the trailer to delivery other goods and damaged the inside. When I tried to contact the delivery personnel, no one responded. The trailer arrived at 10 pm so it was difficult to see if anything was damaged. This was a nightmare. So, as you can tell we are frustrated! Ashley and Scott have been great to work with!

Scot was great, 2 phone calls, trailer was mine, picked up on a Sunday, trailer was all it was supposed to be. I was looking for 6 months for a reasonable price trailer new or used. Scotty sold me this new trailer 10K lb GVW for less than I was looking at used ones for. Will absolutely be back for another soon.
