I had the best experience with Renown Cargo. I had been looking for a trailer that fit my needs for months. Everywhere local (MS) that I looked told me that it would be upwards of 12 weeks before I could get what I wanted. When I called Renown they were so friendly, told me what they had, even went to the manufactory "Rock Solid" and took pictures of what they could get. No one else would even come close to doing that. My sales rep was Ashley and she was a complete joy to work with. It was worth the 16 hour round trip. And to top it off, I love what they stand for.

My wife and I operate a Siberian Husky rescue, and we needed a trailer to help us with some community service projects that we truly love doing. In turn the community helps back our rescue. Even though some other dealerships we contacted could not accommodate us or get us a trailer in a reasonable time, Renown worked with us. We were able to get ours ordered, with a minor compromise (color: black instead of the preferred silver frost). They were helpful in a time when sales and leadtimes were ridiculous. We are set to take delivery now. It Is a little later than first expected, but much sooner than other dealerships could do. I ordered a custom 28' trailer last January with many options and upgrades and after months of delays it finally arrived late last night just shy of 6 months later. The sales are very kind, but unfortunately my salesman lacked knowledge and simply did not communicate or care enough to make sure things were done right. I really appreciate Laurie jumping in and making things right on the sales side, I can absolutely recommend her!
