Worst customer service I called to ask the status on my trailer Austin said he did know so I called rock solid they said it was supposed to be done on the 16th of September and I ordered on the 25th of July now I finally got my trailer done and the owner of trinity was supposed to call last week and now the trailer is done and know call from him so… I am requesting free delivery for the unprofessional customer service. They offered me $50 off for this mistake which is very low and they wanted 455 for delivery uShip will deliver it for $231 way less then there high cost

I will give credit where credit is due, so first of all Conrad did purchase the new door for us. Our shut and locked door blew off our trailer in April,when we called Trinity we were told we were the 6th people this has happened to. we eventually got in touch with Conrad, who tried to be very helpful at first. we were told eagle cargo was closed… which was a blatant lie, we've been dealing with Amber there and she informed us they haven't ever closed. Upon contacting Conrad mid May, he informs my husband that I've harrassed him lol. All I did was ask about the door and informed him we had

Picked up my 20x8.5 trailer form them on Monday February 13th. Nicole and her husband Conrad were amazing and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Any questions or concerns I had during the design and… build process were answered and the pickup was a breeze. I will be doing business with them in the near future when purchasing another trailer. Just got a trailer from Trinity Trailer and just wanted to say they are great they did everything they said they was going to called this morning and had trailer of our dreams dealered same day. The people that we dealt with was very nice and polite from sales to delivery.
