Nothing but good things to say about this business. They have been there for any problem or concern I have had big or small. The woman Marieka is a pleasure to speak to and their long hours is especially accommodating. Also I've been super impressed lately with their covid precautions. Grateful they're open in these times for all their tenants and owners needs. Would highly recommend!

Horrible experience. The building we rent in is literally impossible to get any work done. If something happens for example A WINDOW COMING OFF BECAUSE ITS OLD AND RUN DOWN. You can't go directly to the super. He will tell you to contact the realtor company. You go to them and they give you the run-around and tell you to wait a day.
If you owe them rent they will be available 24/7 the second you have a question or a concern about something it's a hassle to get in touch with them. They immediately sent out these bogus templates about rent due after the pandemic moratorium was lifted. With a bogus

Absolutely terrible. Everyone in their office is rude and whoever is in charge there lied to our faces several times. It took them more than a YEAR to fix the leaking faucet and caved in roof. There is supposed to be an exterminator that visits monthly, and I've only seen them twice in two years. They never send the maintenance crew, no matter how much you call. Don't rent from any of their buildings or you will regret your existence.

I am a BUYER interested in one of their listings. They tell me the broker is "Steven". I called over 6 times & the secretary keeps telling me he's not in, call back....she refuses to give out his cell # & I receive NO call back. What type of real estate firm is this? not calling back their potential buyers?? obviously I wouldn't list MY property with them!
I found many other unsatisfied customers who left NASTY reviews about this firm.

The level of incompetency this company has is unreal. They do not get back to you and leave items pending for several months. They are rude and unprofessional. They will try to pull a fast one on you whenever they can. All in all, this is quite literally the worst building management you will come across.

I have the most unpleasant time during the first time I meet the Manager of this so nasty company, Stephen W, Lesko. At first, the office is situated in a very smelly building, which is nothing comparing with the disorganization of his office. I was able to see important document from other unwary clients on the floor like garbage. Stephen Lesko, the Sales-Manager is the most foul-mouthed person. I have been forced to treat with this disgusting person due to the change of the building management.
Stephen Lesko have not manners and not respect for his clients tenants.

Update:
Found 2 roaches at home this week alone. I keep my house super clean yet they are still coming from some hoarder apartment close to mine I think. They do nothing about it. They also don't care about noise complaints. For some reason pets are not allowed but it's ok for my neighbors to pop out children constantly that leave food all over the stairs and make noise at all times. I cannot wait to get out of here!!!
