Worst experience ever I don’t recommend renting through Tucson Executive Property! The same day I moved in I had rodent problems. I put in a work order and it took them over a week to reply. Then the real estate agent and land lord would always be super rude over the phone about absolutely everything which there was never a need for. To top it all off even after I left the horrendous duplex better then when I first rented it out, they charge me 20 dollars for 4 batteries and 75 to unclog a sink that wasn’t clogged, wasn’t part of the move out checklist, and wasn’t part of the lease agreement

So my friends and I were summiting or background checks, and after a few days of not hearing anything we tried to text and call them, for them to tell us that "sorry, the property is unavailable", they gave us no explanation why and they said sorry, no refund because we are a "third party" company so they can't do refunds. So if you want to throw away money and not have any information giving to you, this is the perfect place. Very unprofessional, highly uncooperative, and a lack of caring and trying to help you.

As a tenant of Tucson Property Executives I have to say that I am incredibly happy with and grateful for the way they have taken care, and contine to take care of me as their tenant. Any issue or concern I have had or brought to their attention has been taken care of and done so with a sense of urgency, and in a timely fashion. Special BIG BIG thanks to James, who has been the one who has made my experience living under TPE management so great! I don't have a single complaint to give! I rented part of a duplex from Marni several years ago. She was an associate with Century 21 at the time, and my lease stayed with her when she left there and started this company, Tucson Property Executives. The problems started immediately after that. She would constantly try to charge me late fees for the rent, even though every payment I made was left in a special drop box at her office that recorded the date and time of every drop off, and so I was able to prove, every time, that I'd payed the rent on time. Had a very bad experience with this company. Was attempting to visit/rent a home and the agent cancelled my appointment 2 minutes before our meeting as I was arriving to the property. (To tell me they had shown and rented it to someone else) This after pulling my young children out of online school and packing them into my vehicle so they could be involved in the process. When I called he agent he was very short and rude and unapologetic. After 2 phone calls with the company owner where she proceeded to tell me everything I did wrong, raise her voice numerous times and tell me she was recording

This is my original post I made on 9/25/2015 . I wrote an "update" today to give my rebuttal to TPE's reponse to this post and I believe my original message was overwritten by the Yelp system.
I was a tenant at a property managed by Tucson Property Executives for only a couple of months. I shall describe my experiences.
First off, I found the place based on a craigslist add. The add described a 500 square foot apartment. I responded asking to see the place and got a call back from Rob a couple of days later. I arranged to see the apartment.

Lived at our location for a year and a half. The front office staff is friendly hand helpful. They are usually quick to get maintenance in touch with you when an issue comes up.
However, they cut corners on a lot of repairs and service. Our fence was rotten and falling apart. Never got it replaced. A microburst can through and took out an entire section of it. They propped up the fence and tried to say it was our dogs fault. Mind you, the microburst took out a full tree and that part of the yard was sectioned off because the fence was not secure and we didn't want the dogs getting out.

Best property management in town! I'm actually blown away by the service I have received. It is very obvious that TPE cares about their tenants. If there is ever a problem, some one is here right away to take care of it and really I couldn't ask for more. Also, thank you for fixing the internet at Bellevue Manor !!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

I am more then happy with the service I have recived from this property managment company.I always see them around the property, I havent lived on any property with such a hands on managment company, you can tell they care about what they do! And they definitely are very respectful with I and my family, the maintenance and managers always stop to chit chat when they have seen me and I also see them interact with other residents! Deff a thumbs up! Wont rent from anyone else ..because I doubt id find a property manager that actually cares about more then just rent!

I'm currently under my 3rd lease agreement with Tucson property executives....there team is very knowledgeable....helpful.... considerate...as well as professional,they have always been on top of and quick to handle any maintenance requests..me and my family we're blessed with a new addition recently....and it just so happend to be at the end of are lease,Marni Allen was more then happy to assist us in finding a new unit,with the room we needed.... Jamie actually blocked out the better part of a day showing us multiple properties!they've always been kind and polite to my family
