If I could give 6/5 stars I would. John goes way above and beyond what is expected. Admittedly I dropped the ball on signing something and John worked as fast as possible and stayed late to help us out. The whole staff is incredible to deal with and I can't imagine finding a more helpful and professional insurance and financial business.

I highly recommend Girtz Insurance. For many years I was overpaying on insurance even though nothing warranted the frequent increases. Finally by the recommendation of a friend I went to Girtz to recieve quotes (without the pressure to commit). Since that time John and Jackie have saved me many hundreds of dollars! We moved our business over to Girtz Insurance Services a couple of years ago now from A.F. and have never looked back.
They proved their worth again this past year after a fluke accident with tie downs on a canoe we were carrying on the roof of our car snapped and ricocheted back busting up the hood of our car, the side doors, the windshield and the rear bumper. The Lord must have been looking out for us that day because it happened while we were traveling 65 MPH on the freeway, but the canoe never flew off the roof so no one else in traffic was effected... just our very own vehicle.

Not only do we receive personalized service through Girtz Insurance, we were able to save money for the same coverage on our home and auto that we were getting through American Family at one point. Neither John Girtz or the staff at this hometown business have steered us wrong. We couldn't be happier with the service from Girtz Insurance or the financial protection we receive through the carriers Girtz Insurance works with. I can't speak for others who have made reviews, but I do notice one such negative review was put forth by a fake user name and I know I feel lucky to have found Girtz Insurance
