Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Called to get some information, the receptionist was probably having a horrible day she was quite Rude no respect did not help one bit. I asked to speak with someone who might be able to help she could not even manage that task. How do you have employees with poor work ethic answering the phone. Never again disappointing!!!!!!
