Little Fox Yoga emphasizes the habit of calm breathing for mental and emotional soothing. Children learn the value of movement and stillness for enhanced focus, self-discipline, and compassion to help others. Through imagination, posture, dance, and meditation each child builds confidence while respecting the group dynamic.

We love enrichment after-school programs, field trips, scouts, special needs, community workshops, birthday parties. A variety of mindfulness concepts such as kindness, consideration, compassion are presented. Little Foxes will awaken their 5 senses, embody the 4 elements and play with props to practice mindfulness & meditation techniques.
Services
I have a Masters degree in Psychology and had the opportunity to work with individuals and groups of different ages and backgrounds for some time. I have also been practicing the beautiful art of yoga for over ten years and still going strong.

I am a RYT 500 Certified Yoga Instructor along with a certified KAY children's teacher, which is designed to motivate children to be active, build confidence, and have fun with different activities and songs, while gaining the benefits of yoga such as mindfulness, breathing and relaxation.I also teach preschool, and every week I have the opportunity to incorporate yoga into my teachings.

I absolutely love this yoga studio! I brought a group of my students for a field trip and they had a blast. The instructor was very engaging and playful. I also went to candle light yoga for myself and couldn't have been happier! I highly recommend this studio for all ages!
