I'm glad you're here! And I get it - if staying in shape were easy, then everyone would do it. Because it's not as easy as we would like, most of us need some inspiration and coaching to help us get going and stay on course. It's a life change that I've undertaken, too. Two years ago, after a successful career in banking, I decided it was time to reinvent myself.
Through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I became a Certified Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist. I now operate a private studio, which allows me to work one-on-one with clients. I love being 50-something, and I am thoroughly enjoying this stage of my life. Today, as a wife, mother of two teenagers, and someone who just wants to be present and active, my health and well-being matter more than ever.

Mary is very dedicated to her work. She focus on each individual,finding the workout and skills to meet your individual goals. She will push you to work hard but using a very encouraging and informative approach. Working with Mary is one of the best investments you can make in yourself. Her gym facility is very versatile offering many different forms of equipment and exercise options. Highly recomment her

I never thought I would enjoy working out with a trainer until I was introduced to Mary! She truly is amazing for me, so encouraging and patient. Helping me meet my fitness goals. She came highly recommended through a friend and boy was she right! Learning so much and now I look forward to her workouts and feel so good when I’m done! I cannot recommend Mary enough and she is just an amazing person also!

Mary Mogil is amazing! I've had lots of experiences with fitness and wellness throughout my years and going to Mary has been one of the best things I've ever done! She focuses on your unique goals and gets things moving and going! Always coming up with new routines and always with great conversation! Mary can be defined as very professional, patient, knowledgeable and caring. I have never left my session with Mary not feeling great. I had always been active until I was hit with Brain Cancer. Being in many gyms over the years and working with trainers I will say Mary is truly focused on helping me be the best version of myself. She corrects me when my form is off, she works along side me as demonstration, she explains what muscle group we are working when we do an exercise and even knows how to modify an exercise for me when needed. My balance issues have gotten better and I am now believing

I have been training with Mary for almost 2 years now and she is amazing. She is super knowledgeable, flexible and motivating. I also have stayed committed because of her one on one attention and the ability for her to work me through some minor injuries that have come up. I highly recommend getting on board with Mary!
