During your initial consultation, you will be given a wealth of feedback to start feeling better. We will also tailor a treatment to your unique needs and match you with a therapist who is a good fit for you. We offer multiple forms of therapy and multiple approaches to therapy to accommodate your needs.
How to start with therapy or psychological assessment at Madison Park Psychological Services. You can begin either with a brief phone conversation or a comprehensive, in-person or virtual initial consultation. Both focus on understanding who you are and providing the foundation for your healing journey.
At Madison Park Psychological Services, we offer multiple forms of therapy and multiple approaches to therapy to accommodate your needs. We offer in-person or virtual (video/teletherapy) services. You may participate in more than one modality of treatment, depending on your needs. You might come to us knowing specifically what you need, or you may feel totally lost, not knowing what any of these approaches mean.
At times it can be very difficult to put into words our experiences, thoughts, and feelings. As a result, we can be left feeling misunderstood, alone, and unsure about what would help us feel better. A psychological evaluation can uncover underlying cognitive difficulties, emotions, motivations, and conflicts that we may not be fully aware of.

I have only done the initial diagnosis meeting so far, but they absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way. Dr. Saad is very in tune with body language and can pick up on the smallest cues to give a sophisticated answer to any question and insight as to what options are available to fix them. I highly recommend at least going to the consultation meeting even if you are not sure if therapy is worth it or not.
