We recently stayed at 113A East Artic Ave also know as "The View" or "The Villa" and very appropriately named. We are giving this property a 5 star rating and here are the 5 "top" reasons: 1. Location- right on the beach, it does not get better than that! The views are amazing from the living room, the bedrooms and to put icing on the cake- the roof top deck!!! Star gazing is a must!
2. A beautiful entertaining kitchen and dining room table ( seats 8 people) lots of counter space, well stocked with even 2 kinds of ways to make coffee!! 3) Large TVs in living room and bedrooms- great for entertaining

My family loved this property! It was so close to everything we enjoy seeing and doing while in Charleston. We especially liked the access to off street parking. We also loved that it was dog friendly. We rented for an entire month and because it was 2 story, allowed us to spread out. Also loved the outdoor courtyard.
Neighbors were very friendly and close proximity to Colonial Lake and park was great for dog walking.
Luxury Simplified Retreats did a great job with communications before arriving and while we were there. They really made us feel welcome!
We would easily rent this property again

I recently stayed at a property owned by this management company — the Seagrass/Coral Hudson Retreats in Folly beach in Charleston. I am writing this review because of a serious safety concern.
While I was there, both myself and my two daughters, ages six and eight, received electric shocks while swimming in the backyard pools. This was caused by stray voltage — a known and potentially deadly concern — if a pool is not constructed properly, which I know now. The location of the condo was ideal - only a short walk to both the beach and town. The condo was clean and comfortable. There is an unobstructed view of the ocean from the deck. Hannah provided awesome customer service. She responded immediately to our inquiries. She was very pleasant and accommodating. We love Folly Beach and look forward to planning our next beach trip via Luxury Simplified Retreats!
