As vacation rental owners ourselves, we created MyOceanRental as a better way to serve home owners and vacationers alike. Today we work exclusively in the Folly Beach community where we are long time residents with intimate knowledge of the local markets and boast a combined over 30 years of rental experience on Folly.
We aim to give our luxury property owners the same personal care and high standards of service that we do for our guests that are searching for that perfect stay on Folly Beach. Our easy availability, response and understanding of how to help you reach your properties potential in a manner you are comfortable in is our main goal in which we strive for excellence in.
Located at the Tides Hotel on Folly Beach, BLU Beach Bar & Grill offers oceanfront dining, a full bar and even a catering service. Hours may vary upon the season and Holidays. With a Brunch, Lunch and Dinner menu you can't go wrong with the Bohemian Bull. They offer a full menu, bar and 31 rotating craft beers.
Licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist on site. They do custom facials, full body waxing, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and pregnant messages. Call or visit their website for more details and appointments. Treat yourself to a day-time adventure or a Sunset sail with Seas Life, on a 43-foot Catamaran.
The only local grocery store on the beach, Bert's market is a great place to pick up those odds and ends you may have forgotten. They also have a deli with sandwiches, sides and sweet treats for you to enjoy, brought to you by The Wooden Spoon. They are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Hours are subject to change and may change due to Holidays.

Couldn't have asked for a better weekend at The Blue Crab! The location is perfect for all the bars on Folly and a quick walk to the beach and back. Loved the closed in area under the house for grilling out and watching football. Will definitely be booking here for future trips to Folly Beach!!

Great vacation home. Only 5 min walk from beach. No need to take your car. Watched sunsets every evening from the back deck. didn't have to drive to watch a sunset just sat on the deck and had a drink. House had everything you need and then some. my 87 yr old father fished from the boat dock that was easy accessible. Not a far drive from the town of Folly.
My son and I enjoy the area underneath with a gas grill and a big screen TV .
Will rent from again.

9 neighborhood ladies needed a place to get away for some beach relaxation & shopping and this was exactly what we were looking for! Great location for relaxed beach time, fun trips to Charleston to shops, great restaurant choices on Folly and Charleston & Mt Pleasant. House was great!

This property was perfect for our group of two college friends and our 4 college aged daughters. Short walk down to the restaurants and shops and the beach, the pool is a few units down with a great view and plenty of lounge chairs, access to the dock which was perfect for sunset cocktails and for launching our paddle boards. A couple of us were able to paddle near a baby dolphin and her mom. So cute! The unit is decorated perfectly for the beach. Loved it! 3 bedrooms and baths plenty of beds and room in the living room and eating area. Loved this property!! Folly Beach/Charleston area is the perfect

Wonderful experience all around. Closely situated a block from the beach and within walking distance of EVERYTHING you need. The boys and I enjoyed every minute in this clean, perfect sized place. The only difficulty I had the entire time was from the boys when it was time to leave. Looking forward to coming back soon to the exact same place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house on FB. The house was well appointed and had just about everything you could need in the kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pool was the icing on the cake. We also loved how well manicured the yard is. Again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return next year.

Absolutely Loved Folly Beach...Definitely will visit again. The condo was super nice and well stocked (unit#213). Love that you didn't need a key as the door had a keypad. There were 8 girls and anyone of use to go to the room and not be locked out. My Ocean Rental is a great company to rent from as they are very friendly and very responsive to all needs. I highly recommend anyone visiting Folly to use them. The condo is right on the beach and only a couple blocks from Center Street which has everything. We walked most places but did rent Golf Carts one day which was a blast.

We enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach in a condo rented from My Ocean Rental. We had a very relaxing time with our family and Folly Beach, both the town and the beach/pier, are very nice. We had a mixed experience with the condo itself, and after writing the review below I realized My Ocean Rental doesn't have a place to post reviews online (nor can you see any reviews from previous occupants of specific condos you might be considering).
