Money hungry crooks who treat the elderly like animals...actually dogs at the pound are probably treated better. And please do not blame the staff, whoever is in corporate and runs this place doesn't give a s*** about anything other than a paycheck. Someone is getting rich off of these people, not to mention underpaying and understaffing their only employees that show up.
The owners do not stop to notice that these people are someone's loved ones and family members.. I bet they would not put their own aging parents or grandparents here themselves. Such a shame.

Has great potential the nurse is great the hr department is great but they need a new director and assistant director they are no help to staff and the staff are getting burned out they move residents in that are not cbrf friendly there is major lack of training staff properly they don't care how short staff u get they promote people and don't even give them job description s or train them in there new position as well they threw staff in other building without training and they let reports of neglect slide and refuse to talk to residents and family members when they have complaints it gets 3 stars

I worked for century oaks for a little over a year. It is a good place to work and get a solid experience in the Healthcare field. Its more of a stepping stone than a forever career. Its a 3 and a half on a scale of 0-5. Certain areas need improvement as with anywhere else but in general it is a decent place.

I would like to take a few moments to say THANK YOU Grace! Mom turned 95 a few days ago and we GREATLY appreciated the opportunity to visit her outside, socially distancing with masks and gloves on. We respect the parameters that are in place during this time. Grace was so very helpful in accommodating various requests. It was an extremely hot day and the large pitcher of ice water was a life saver! Grace made several trips in and out that day and I seriously cannot thank you enough.
COVID has be so hard for Mom as she is such a social person. Family is everything for her and having limited ability

( This review is based on experience, I was my Uncles POA who had to place him at one facility and over saw his care till he passed, I assisted my Mom in placing and care of my Father with Alzheimer's till he passed ) When we had to find a place for our Mom, Century Oaks appears lovely. It's physical environment and decor are lovely. My Mom had a lovely room to herself, her own bathroom, walk in closet with laundry. Chief Tony makes great meals and I loved being able to come have a meal with Mom in the lovely dinning room. It offered activities and socialization she was in need of. We often requested

My mom was a resident. The caregivers try but they are severely understaffed. With no caregiver per resident regulations, they say they are not understaffed but they are. My sister and I would come every single evening and witnessed so many disturbing violations. In a complaint filed with the state, there were 6 caregivers onsite during a fire drill with 57 residents, most of whom need assistance in transporting and/or suffer from dementia. Another complaint that was substantiated reported a resident forgotten outside in the sun for over three hours on an 80 degree day last summer. If your loved

Best company I've ever worked for! Management does everything in their power to keep the residents here happy and comfortable. Working here has been a wonderful learning experience and the building is beautiful. Every time I've run into a stressful situation, everyone is willing to help out.
I started out here as a housekeeper, and soon got a position as a caregiver. Then I was promoted to Activities Director, and I'm very happy with the opportunities that the management here has given me. Such a wonderful place to work!

If you're looking for a good place for your loved one...I'm sure you'll do your research and find Century Oaks to be exemplary.
Their facilities are well run, they go above and beyond in caring for their residents. And they have high standards for their employees; they don't hesitate to dismiss abusive or neglectful staff.
Not too many assisted living places will use organic foods, have 600 plus square feet of beautiful living space, private baths, barrier free private showers and a personal washer and dryer.
I've toured or visited residents in facilities with substandard building materials
