Managers rude and very intrusive. Building is in dire need of cleaning up hallways and entrance floors were filthy. Parking is crowded and to close

Brandon is an amazing person. He is polite and extremely helpful. He helped make our transition as easy as possible. The apartments are very nice and in excellent condition.

My family and I lived at this apartment for a lil over a year. Even though this covid made things worst but this apartment makes time for their residents!!! Mr.Brandon and Mr.Jean make this place feel like home for everyone!!!

The manager is really nice. The apartments are the best apartments around Grinnell. I love this place and this is the only place I wanna live. There is no where safer and a great community at westfield.
