Current resident with a dripping skylight that's not been fixed since i moved in. I understand on-site management can only do what she's allowed per hubbell reality out of Des Moines. I've been up and awake since 2am due to being woke up with water dripping on me in bed and several other locations in my bedroom. I don't see where i can upload video of the constant stream of water. So so so saddened about this, beautiful building but lacking in care and upkeep of these type things,

Jenny in the office is unprofessional. Gossiping about everyone and everything to anyone willing to listen. Picks on certain people. And let’s other people get away with everything. Very unpleasant walking in my home past her office it makes me want to move out!! I was the 3rd person to move in here. 1 and 2 have moved. So I’m the longest tenant here.

I wish there was less than one star. I put in an application a month ago and cannot get any response from the onsite management. They won't return my calls or answer my emails. I was needing to find out the status of my application and can't get a simple answer. It's despicable and will be spreading it around to others to avoid this place.

Great location, lots of perks, goodie bags on holidays, contests, a gym a community center, access to computers. there's laundry in the apartment and the halls are cleaned regularly. all in all very reasonably priced and Jenni is rockstar and makes everything easy peasy. maintenance is even on point. definitely recommend spaulding lofts.
