All animals shall be maintained and properly licensed and inoculated as required by local, county or state statute, ordinance or health code. Management doesn’t care if the property looks awful. They do absolutely nothing to keep it looking nice and then punish tenants when they call and talk to them about how awful it looks. Kids run freely here without adult supervision and mark on cars and obviously the buildings too, and nothing is done about it.
