Owner, Thomas DeBrosse, grew up in Sarasota where he attended Sarasota High School. Upon graduation, he received an academic scholarship to Troy University in Troy, Alabama where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Finance as well as a Master's in Business Administration. Since that time, his professional career has been devoted to banking and finance.

A rate lock is a contractual agreement between the lender and buyer. There are four components to a rate lock: loan program, interest rate, points, and the length of the lock. On a fixed-rate loan, the interest rate doesn't change over the life of the loan. An adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) has an interest rate that is fixed for a set number of years and then afterwards will go up or down based on a market index such as the LIBOR.

I used Tom to provide financing for a home purchase. My situation was complicated, but Tom embraced a situation that others ran from. He was able to get the deal done in a timely, cost effective manner. I am no expert on Mortgage Brokers. However, my realtor was a Mortgage Broker for 6 years prior to selling real estate., she couldn’t say enough goods things about Tom even though it was her first experience with him. I highly recommend him.

I was first referred to Dan Crowley many years ago, and have worked with him on both mortgages and refi's. What has always impressed me about Dan was the fact he would show me the best solution to my need regardless of whether or not it meant business for him. Often it did not. His expertise and honesty are such that I've been happy to refer him to any family member or friend in need of mortgage advice and they've always found Dan as I've described.
