I serve as the senior paralegal to Marjorie Heinrich and Ethan Wimert at Heinrich Law. For more than a decade, I have cultivated extensive legal support skills and experience in all areas of civil litigation. After graduating from U.C. Berkeley in 2007 with a degree in Rhetoric, I worked almost exclusively at personal injury law firms.

However competent this team may be, I still would not recommend Heinrich to anyone looking for representatives that are compassionate or personal. I was unsatisfied with the level of digging, granted how much time had passed, that she and her team accomplished. Aside from her answers, I found it unprofessional to deliver such sensitive news over an extremely brief text message.
We are left with more work to do and many questions unanswered. Additionally, having to find someone to fight for us who can relate, sympathize, and explain. Clearly, money is the only thing that drives some people.

Finding this Firm was a Godsend for my wife who was horribly injured in a head on accident by a drunk driver. Marjorie went above and beyond for us always communicating every step of the way. I can't say enough about the professionalism and level of accuracy her advice was to make decisions about the case. Other firms as seen on tv paint unreal pictures about lawsuit payouts. A Sheriff sped through a red light just as I was entering the intersection on a green light. Â He smashed into my car and almost killed me. Truly as good as it gets. 3 years ago, I broke not one but both of my feet walking to retrieve my laundry at my rental house. It was bad. One foot was totally shattered and I needed surgery. I had to move our of my house for a bit, wheel chair bound, and was using a leg crutch for nearly an entire year. All while single-parenting a six year old.
