I would give fewer stars if I could but unfortunately one is the lowest. Thomas didn’t even know the legal definition of a victim. When I explained my situation to him, he couldn’t understand the simple concept that professionals must be liable for breach of data, negligence etc. He defended this company “X” saying they were victims too - there has to some form of HARM (physical, monetary etc) for company X to be considered a victim (google it!). The only people harmed in this situation were my husband and I; in fact, Company X made money. He didn’t seem to grasp this simple concept.

MR. Tagliarini has been handling a elder abuse case for us that has proven to be very difficult due to the nature of the circumstances of the case. He has proven many times during this case that he is not only a well versed attorney but also actually cares about his clients and is willing to go the extra mile.Being a small business owner myself, this is very nice to see for a change.I will continue to use him and his team,and would refer him to anyone in need of a good/honest attorney.
