Very unprosfessional!!! I saw on their website they had an apartment available so I went by to view it. When I got there I was told that unit wasnt not available (so why is it posted on the website) and wouldn't be for another 2 months. I told them I was very interested and was told that I would hear from someone in the next few days. I never heard from anyone so I decided to call them and when I did I spoke with the apartment manger who told me there was a waiting list of atleast 5 people and a tenant who was looking to transfer from their current unit to that unit because the rent was much

RENTERS BEWARE.. you will not get your security deposit back without jumping through hoops

I wanted to wait until I get my security deposit back to write a review so that I can give my thoughts on the entire process. Looks like that isn't going to happen. I moved out end of March this year and was told during the move-out inspection was great! I haven't received anything at all. I've reached out out several times and all I get from the building manager is "ill follow up and get back to you". They never follow up, no phone call or email. Looks like i'll have to go

This facility looks nice from afar but when you get close and inside yikes. I have been a resident here for a few years and the most recent property owners are by far the worst. These old units need to be updated, poorly built back in god knows when. 2 weeks to fix a shelf in a closet, we got nothing but excuses after excuse from the neglectful property management team.

This complex is nice inside & out. But the management doesnt monitor tenants who are disruptive and dustrutive, dog's run around without a leash and the parking is HORRIBLE!!! Look if these things don't bother you, so many people move in & out all the time!!

Great community, always clean and well maintained by management and maintenance. The staff is always friendly and easy to talk to when any issue arise.

This place is horrible! I go outside and all I smell is dog urine from the people upstairs. The breakers pop constantly if I use 2 things at 1 time in the kitchen or the bedroom. If you move here you've been warned and you shouldn't complain.

One word, ROACHES!!! It doesn’t matter how well you clean there is always roaches. The landlord does have someone fumigate some of the apartments once a year but it doesn’t help much.

New owners dont want to fix the apartments that have rent control lawsuits waiting to happen...

Nice apartments recently remodeled right off freeway with lots of nearby shopping!

Water pipe broke behind the wall causing it to flood in a apartment complex a different construction company had to turn it did the water, water still leaking the manger is supposedly hiding out inside the room in the office according to to other tenants there supposed to be back at 3:30 currently 3:45 water still pouring out a whole building of mad tenants kids running outside with soap on there heads laundry half done. Maintained not here according to other tenants the manger is rascist and does not want to help do not live here these people want your money and won't help you these poor people
