The Wellington Agency is a licensed full-service domestic staffing agency with its main office in Wellington, Fl, and local offices in major U.S. cities and London, England. The agency is owned and operated by long-time domestic agency owner, April Berube. It is the goal of The Wellington Agency's owner and staff to provide you, our client, with the highest quality assistance in finding the right staff for your household or estate.
It is required by law that you pay Social Security, Medicare and Federal unemployment taxes on all domestic employees. You may also be responsible for other state and federal taxes depending where you live. Contact your local IRS and State Department of Labor for more information. Nannies and other domestic staff are not independent contractors and should not be expected to file as one.

Best agency ever, I have worked with this agency for the past 15 years, what I like most about them it’s professionalism, they care for their clients as well as their candidates, it’s just unfortunate that they cannot force clients to hire ppl if they don’t meet the clients requirements , they do not hire, at the end of the day it’s clients who make final decisions, i for one I do not get mad and get upset with the agency when I don’t get hired, I always have this positive feeling that it was not meant for me, April is the best !!! I’ve tried other agencies none of them are like Wellington

Whether it is a last minute nanny, part time nanny or a traveling live out cook for the Hamptons they are prepared with good candidates that fit my never-ending list of criteria. You would think from the glowing recommendation that we are an easy household in which to place, let me assure you that is not the case.
