My dad is a resident at this community and I’m very pleased With the overall service from the staff and with his apartment. He is a golfer so he is pleased with his view of the golf course. I spoke with the community director regarding a few small issues in his apartment and she had them resolved quickly. A+ so far

I absolutely love this property. The new manager Nancy is so nice and quick to help and eager to get things done. The whole team they have is great, along with maintenance staff as well. When you walk or drive through they always greet and wave. I have had no problems with work orders getting done or the office staff stopping what there doing to answer any questions! I would definitely recommend this property and hope we are here for years to come. It is all around a great community in an amazing location!

I lived here for 2 years and it started out great! Then they fired their property manager because they refused to give security deposits back due to damage from hurricane Irma..like it was the residents fault the place was destroyed. The owners smells of rather steal from their resident rather than claim insurance to fix the property. The property manager was fired because she stood up for what was right and gave these people back their deposits so they can have money to findsomewhere else to live. Well since then they have been going through different property management companies..each one more
