I removed my last post from when I lived here in 2018. But, since my account made it to collections, I figured I should write another one. The place is too expensive..but it is fair on the inside. Trash is always a problem and the gate barely works. Maintenance was fair and got the job done. We lived in the back unit overlooking the lake which was nice. Then came the homeless people. Management added a hammock and the homeless people would come in the late night/ early morning hours to party outside my window up until 3/4am. This apt is located between the homeless shelter and the jail house..

My fist experience In the office was an absolute pleasure. Evelyn was extremely knowledgeable about the policies and the property here and made sure there was not a worry on my mind when I left. I recommend anyone who has to deal with the mangement staff here ask for Evelyn!

Every time I need an issue resolved or have to go into the office for any reason at all I am always greeted with a smile on on my face! Generally I have the pleasure of working with Evelyn, I believe her name is, and she is very thorough on making sure whatever situation it is is handled professionally and on a timely fashion. Evelyn has always been more than willing to go the extra mile to guarantee peace of mind or flat out satisfaction!

Evelyn Benitez makes my day every time I go into the office building at this place! She is very professional but still makes me feel comfortable and at home. Evelyn truly cares about each person that she works with and goes above and beyond to take care of the residents' needs. I stop into the office with my dog every so often just to say "hi" because she is so pleasant to be around. I can honestly say that she makes a huge difference in her position at The Point.

I have had no issues. Abby has been on top in answering all my questions and rectifying my problems. Evelyn has helped me with getting maintenance to fix the problems I had immediately. She wrote down the problem and the next day it was fixed. Kudos ... I can honestly say that I can call this home. I don't hear music blasting at night, Noone is outside being loud I can step outside my door with my cup of coffee at night and just take a deep breath and smile.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Every time you enter or exit the property, you will be greeted with trash and old furniture all over the property, Not to mention, the broken gates, the late pool parties, the teenagers driving around the complex at high speeds blasting music loudly very late at night, the filthy hallways covered in spider webs and bugs ... if you ever need maintenance, be aware there are only 2-3 team members than handle 200+ units. All of the leasing office members including the manager (Addary Alfonso) are unprofessional and difficult to deal with, they
