Services
We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
We strive to make sure you stay informed and have the tools you need to protect yourself and your belongings. A great renters insurance policy will do just that and is a requirement to live at our community. Covers you for damages related to water, fire, smoke & explosion (Not All Carriers cover these!).

How would you like to replace $1000 a piece wheels on a $50000 car. FIX YOUR PARKING LOT!!! I visit friends regularly who have a condo in your 'slumlord run' complex and your parking lot has needed significant repair for years!! There are literal holes everywhere!! What's worse is that you clearly have the money but you just won't do it because that's the kind of owners you are!! I speak on behalf on every tenant that lives in that dump when I say "FIX YOUR PARKING LOT" or be sued!!

For my own privacy I used an alias for this review. In my experience there are many issues due to living in this community. First of all, when you need to call the office to report a maintenance issue no one ever answers. I have called multiple times and nothing. I always have to go to the office in person and speak to someone, which is inconvenient because most times I’m either on my way to work or running an important errand. When we put in a maintenance report it can take up to weeks sometimes to get any help. I understand some maintenance people are limited but still. They don’t prioritize

Samantha in the front office is great! She has helped and accommodated for my family in many ways this past year. Whenever i needed assistance, she made sure it was done quick and professionally. The office has came a long way from when i first moved here 3 years ago. I’m glad to see the improvements! Thank you Gulfshore Team.

I was very impressed by this community and pulled in on a Saturday looking for some information. I was greeted by Samantha, she gave me her full attention and answered a bunch of questions that day. Samantha guided me through the process and I moved in a week later. I LOVE MY APARTMENT. It has cathedral ceilings in the living room. The view is gorgeous, I am on the lake and watch the duck families intermingle every day. I brought a couple of things to Sam's attention and she started taking care of them immediately. All the staff smiles because they are happy, you can tell they like being there
