Honestly we moved here from a bad apartment, and nothing improved. At one point we were somehow able to land a meeting with their office staff/director to discuss our issues. They fixed a few things, such as our refrigerator, and our dryer, but still didn't acknowledge the fact that they had delayed our move-in without proper compensation, and still increased rent after our lease was up.
Now, I've been basically spamming the front office with emails trying to renew my lease, but haven't been getting a response for about a week now. This is very unprofessional. It feels like the time they brought

Taye who is a member of management at Columbia trails apartments is the sweetest most caring person I have worked with at Columbia trails apartments. She assisted me with a very urgent matter putting all her current obligations aside. I couldn't be more thankful for her assisting me with my urgent issue. I have lived at the apartments for 6 years and she is one of the best employees that I have worked with. Truly blessed she is in the management team.

I have lived here for a couple years and I can’t complain. If anything goes wrong with my apartment there on it. The office team are amazing if I’m having any issues there always very helpful. Most of all my experience with Taye the Program Director was so great she really ease my mind about my account and was very helpfully.

The apartments are beautiful but the community kinda sucks. For starters, the parking is horrible. Your reserved spot is super far away making it a nightmare to unload groceries especially if you have kids. Meanwhile, If you ever want to have company over, there’s no guest parking. Just parking along the street (which there’s never any available spots either) There’s constantly cars getting broken into even if your car is parked inside the gates. Be careful what neighborhood kids you let inside your home as some of them are thieves and will steal from you. Packages delivered to your door

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Columbia Trails, especially in regards to the office staff. I originally was interested in this place because of location, but it has been more than that lately. I’ve met some wonderful neighbors and the staff has made me feel at home! Maintenance has always been so accommodating and prompt.
