We came in with a big issue with the house we rented. It was resolved in 10 minutes and we were moved to a comparable house right away. The staff were all so kind and professional! We spoke to so many families who stayed with another company on the island and didn't have good experiences. We were so pleased with Coastal Joe Vacations. They really made sure we had the best possible stay we could have. ❤

We've been renting through Coastal Joe for well over 10 years. Everyone who works there has always been super friendly and very professional. I wish more businesses were run this way. This year, we stayed at Over Yonder On The Cape. This is at least the 2nd time we've stayed in this unit. It was absolutely spotless when we checked in. It's in a perfect location to see the sunsets every evening. Very modern appliances, flat screen tvs, and a separate A/C unit for the top 3 floors (which comes in very handy when I like it cooler than the rest of the family!) We've already reserved this same unit

Don’t trust them. We were notified less than 48 hours before the rental arrival date the rental was not available due to sewer issues. Costal Joke knew at least 25 days before there was a problem but failed to contact us. Manager is rude and makes negative comments if you ask for help. Find another rental company other than coastal joke.

Waves and Wags is a well thought out, clean, and modern rental located in the "Forgotten Coast " of Florida. Not only did the home have everything a family of 5 needed for a week, but the location was perfect for relaxation. Wags and Waves has amazing views of the sunset, stars, and scenic Gulf of Mexico in the morning. The name "Forgotten Coast" refers to an area of Florida that is known for not having the hustle and bustle of other crowded vacation destinations. What is does offer is some of the most scenic land scape and beaches, best seafood around, and nicest people working in the local businesses

This is a lovely vacation rental on the beach! It has all the comforts of home, plus a few unwanted occupants.
Currently 3-17-21, the Beach restoration has reached the front of the rental. Access to the beach has been hindered & the truck noise is pretty deafening. Definitely not what we had expected.

Sea Casa house is in a great location and was a good price, but that’s where the good ended for us. It was however extremely dirty and had mold on the ceiling in multiple places that made two of the three people staying sick. Rental company couldn’t provide any air purifiers so we drove an hour to purchase one ourselves so that we could at least stay in the bedroom. Rental company didn’t seem very concerned with any of the issues (mold or lack of cleaning), since we had already paid and had no other options we felt they just didn’t care about us as the guests. Put a big damper on the vacation

We have been using Coastal Joes for almost 10 years now for all our Cape San Blas Rentals... The staff has become family to us of the past years and never cease to amaze us on how well we are treated. We never worry about our stay or if we will have any issues - its a non issue when you go through Coastal Joes. The staff is number one in the area and we continually rent the same house every year like it is our home away from home. if your going to the Cape or surrounding areas use Coastal Joes if you want a relaxing care free Vacay!!! Coastal Joes always orders Sunshine galore for us each year
