This was our 2nd time renting from Coastline.
We’ll continue to rent from them - very professional staff and houses are exceptionally clean! Avatar by the Sea was our last rental. Large house with private pool and near the beach. Spectacular views from 4th story!! We had all family from 2 years to 68 years
old, and everyone had a place to relax! Highly recommend renting from them!

The family really enjoyed staying at Avatar by the Sea!! The house was very clean and included everything needed! The private pool was a plus for our 2&3 year old grandsons and they enjoyed sitting in the wagon going on the short ride to the beach. Our grown kids loved the spacious rooms and everyone had a place to “escape” for quiet time. Highly recommend this house for a family vacation!!

This was our second time at Mermaid Landing in St. Joe Beach, but we have come to the area 3-4 times a year for over 12 years. Located about 3 blocks from the beach, Mermaid Landing is an ideal home, one level with a split floor plan which is great for privacy. The furnishings are excellent, both indoor and outdoor. Well stocked kitchen. Of course, being pet friendly with a large backyard enclosed with a privacy fence, is really appealing. The best part is a beautiful private pool, also screened in, adjoining a lovely outdoor seating area which is screened and in the shade. Dealing with Coastline

Absolutely LOVED our stay at the Half Shell! We didn't want to leave! The moment you step foot into the home you feel like you're on vacation. Super clean and the design elements of the home and all the decor are jaw dropping. Our favorite spot was the porch swing where we enjoyed our morning coffee each day and the outdoor shower was such a nice perk to the house, especially with 2 kiddos who spent each day in the sand. The location is prime to all the cute downtown restaurants and boutiques Port St. Joe has to offer and is a short walk to the water where we kayaked and enjoyed the sunsets! I

The house we rented was in a great location, and perfect for our needs. The folks at coastline were great to work with. We had a couple of small maintenance issues while there and I was amazed at how quickly they dealt with it. Both within just a couple of hours. Very pleased. Would definitely rent through them again

From the minute I booked this vacation, I was impressed! Very professional staff at the realty office, helpful with card processing. We received a voucher of $250 to use for any beach gear we needed during our stay so we did not have to bring chairs or an umbrella or a cooler. The villa was spotless when we arrived and the location could not be beat! Beautiful scenery out the front and right across the street from the gulf!!!! We will be back!

From the moment we walked into our rental property, we felt like we were home. Everything was spotless and organized. We had everything we needed and the property was in the perfect location. The beach was just steps away and we had amazing sunset views. This is the first time spent on the Cape and hopefully it will be one of many to come. Thank you for an easy rental and check in. We had a wonderful vacation at St Joe Beach. Blue Haven was in a perfect location - nice walking distance to the heavenly uncrowded beach or leisurely stroll around the neighborhood. The screened porch was a huge hit where we enjoyed nightly corn hole tournaments! The house itself was well furnished, comfortable beds and sofas. Included most everything you would need for a great getaway. The staff at Coastline Rentals were so friendly and responsive and we are already planning our next fun in the sun trip to explore more of this beautiful area!

Coastline Vacation Rentals was amazing to work with! We stayed at the Ivy House in Port St Joe Beach. Highly Highly recommend this home!! And also had our wedding ceremony there. Kara at Coastline was so helpful and friendly as I was planning the wedding. They always answered the phone, Her personal attention in helping me know what was exactly in the house for planned the wedding from Wisconsin. I wanted to invite her to the wedding!
