We have been going to the Cape San Blas area for years but this was our first time to go through Pristine Properties. We had a great experience and we will definitely book our next vacation with them! They were so friendly and quick to respond to everything. Our vacation rental was spotless and was just as wonderful as described.

That is the best advice I can give you if you even see a place advertised by them. They are the worst company to deal with especially if there are any problems! And believe me, we had SO MANY things wrong when we came to our rental home. And of course as you know beach homes are not cheap to rent - thousands of dollars in fact. When we arrived - the first thing we noticed was a GREEN pool(one of the main reasons we rented this home was to have our own private pool amid Covid) - and the storage area ranked of mold. Then we walk into a home that smelled so

We had stayed at a place from them in 2020 and no problems this year we had same complex and it was pet friendly as we wanted our dogs there. 2 weeks prior a storm came and damage the property. 2 days til our reservation I called to see if we could do early checkin and they said we couldn't stay there. They gave us option for refund but we took off work and such to come. They offered us other options but nothing like we had and nothing pet friendly on beach. We ended up with close to beach front with no pets. Then we couldn't get door to lock and called and they said they would put un on list

Condo (e26- Sea Cliff) had a mildew smell upon arrival. The coffee pot have mold inside. There were pans in the cupboard with crusted old food in them. The microwave had a rusty hole in the back of it . The wall in the upstairs bathroom had mildew and mold all over and also the door to the elevator. Two of the beds had bloody sheets they had not been cleaned. Lamp had no light bulb. And there was a nasty stained pillow sitting on the living room couch that just needed thrown out. I’m not sure I can put into words how grateful I am for Suzanne at Pristine.
I’m going to make it short because I want people to read and know why I’m giving 5 stars. Pristine cancelled our rental (problems with the house) but rebooked us a house with another rental company. We went from a 3 bedroom 2 bath duplex type house to a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath HOUSE with a pool and they gave us an extra day. I know everyone may not have the experience we did but I feel like Suzanne went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was not cancelled. So thanks Suzanne and Pristine Properties. Our vacation

Our first (and last) time we will rent a property associated with this management group. We were aware of our property being dated. However, there was evidence of water damage throughout the property. Plaster hanging from the ceiling and active leaks while we were there. Contacted them about the condition of the property, and while they were fully aware of all of the issues, they only made excuses as to why they had not been fixed. Disappointed they would allow customers to rent a property in this condition. Nothing 'pristine' about it.

My family has been coming to cape San Blas for years. We’ve always had a wonderful stay with outstanding service until this year. This was our first year ever renting from Prestine Properties and without a doubt will be our last . We stayed at Cape Haus Extra . This trip was a celebration of life for my father in law that pasted away and to spread his ashes at sea, also to make this time as peaceful as possible for my mother in law.
The day we arrived we walked into the house and the apartment had not been cleaned at all. So we had to wait for housekeeping to come. Next, the house sleeps 12

My husband and kids come here every year. I have no complaints. Some of the locals are great and some are rude. Same as you would get from any where else. I was reading the reviews and a lot of the bad reviews are people complaining! After a place gets slammed with a hurricane you can’t expect everything to be perfect! As far as bugs a large area around our home had got flooded in 2010 shortly after came bugs. Damaging storms bring sadness and unwanted creatures around. Mexico beach and the surrounding area has came a long way since hurricane Michael. If I could live here I would! I enjoy every

While the house itself was nice our experience with Pristine Properties was anything but ‘pristine’. When we arrived, the keypad didn’t work and after driving all day our party had to wait 45 minutes for someone to arrive to manually let us in with a key. While waiting outside for this person to arrive, we noticed that the exterior area wasn’t cleaned at all. The trash bins were full and overflowing with trash and left by the house and not taken to the road for pick-up. Extremely Disappointed in Pristine Properties...Again.
For last two years, we have been notified at the last minute that our reservation had been canceled. This year, we booked and paid in full in January. I called three separate times during the following months to make sure everything was set for our arrival. I was assured that everything was perfect. Unfortunately, we were notified 11days before our arrival date that our condo would not be available after all. The excuse this year is that the new furniture for the condo had not arrived. No business should book (and accept a payment of $3,500
