We used to have our home managed by a big chain rental manager but felt like just a number there. Since moving over to Sandy Shoes, Jordan and Keldrin have been phenomenal. They take care of everything and don't charge me an arm and a leg. I highly recommend their company. We loved the home & the easy access to the beach with our golden retriever Bruce.

The house had plenty of room & storage, and the property management team was super helpful with all the questions we had about the area. We'll definitely be back!

Steps to the Tennis Courts, the interior pool, the playground, gulf-front pool, clubhouse and beach boardwalks! 180 steps (that's maybe a 1- to 2-minute stroll) from your front door to this spot! Also the same distance down a different pathway to get to the clubhouse and the gulf-front pool! Large and comfortable deck with outdoor table and seating for six.
Little is left today but a few bricks of the Confederate Civil War Salt Works. But, standing here looking out on the old pond from which water for the salt was drawn during the war, it is easy to let your imagination draw you back in time. You can almost smell the gun powder, almost hear the sounds of the cannons on board the United States Bark "Kingfisher" anchored just offshore in St.
One mile past Port St. Joe, U.S. 98 forks to the right, CR 30A U.S. 98 will take you to Apalachicola, or fork to the right along C-30A to Cape San Blas and Indian Pass. Drive approximately 9 miles and the Cape San Blas Road (CR 30E) will turn right. Continue about 3 miles on CR 30A and the Indian Pass Road will also turn to the right.
It is no longer necessary to wait in line to pick up a key - all of our homes are equipped with lock boxes located at the main entry door of the home. Approximately 24 hours prior to the start of your vacation, you will receive an Arrival Instructions via email with the lock code and other important information so that you can drive directly to your home and officially start your vacation!

Came through within an hour of us needing a place to stay because the place we booked over a year ago gave us notice when we were 30 minutes away that we couldn’t stay there because of mold.

Stayed in their A4 Fun property with my family of 5 and it was so wonderful!!! There was multiple days where we saw a pod of dolphins. You can walk very far out and still be able to stand and they were probably swimming 20-30 feet in front of me. It is such a gorgeous townhouse and beach. My family had so much fun!! Can’t wait to go back again!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

This was the third time we rented through Sandy Shoes (and 3 different units). They are such a joy to rent from, very helpful, and the beach houses are amazing! Unit was very clean and decorated very nicely. I love that we could see the beach sunset from the front of the house and the sunrise over the bay from the rear of the house. The cape is peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend staying with Sandy Shoes.

I worked with another property management company in the area when they were just getting started. I have a small cottage in Barrier Dunes. As the first company got bigger my little cottage did not meet their profile of luxury homes. It was disappointing to say the least that I was one of the first homes to support that property management company and then they just dropped my home as it no longer meant anything to them.

A4 Townhouse at Cape San Blas is unbelievably breathtaking/gorgeous. By FAR the BEST view on the strip. Both balcony views of the ocean and dolphins is stunning. The kitchen is fabulous, fully stocked with anything you can think of that you could possibly need and then some. I have to mention the extras, like the coffee/cooler bar away from the kitchen was super nice, freeing up kitchen space. The outdoor propane BBQ is large and ready to go. We recently stayed in the Dunes club condo and had a wonderful experience. We got a fantastic rate and everything was as expected. The home was clean upon arrival and and enjoyed fantastic customer service when we had to call Jordan for something. I highly recommend this company for rentals on the cape.

We stayed with My Sandy Shoes the last two summers and are so glad we found them! They have the best prices period of anyone on the cape. We had a clean and well-equipped unit with everything we needed.There was a fully stocked kitchen for meals in on a budget, a beach wagon to cart our things to the beach, and even beach chairs. We felt right at home and are looking forward to returning for a third year in 2021!

Terrible experience this time around. This year we wanted to be directly on the beach in Cape San Blas so we rented a condo. The first night in the condo I texted My Sandy Shoes and sent them pictures of several issues.
1. roaches in the master bedroom
2. mosquito smashed on the wall in another bedroom
3. smoke detector hanging from the wires in the master bedroom
4. smoke detector completely gone in the kitchen
5. red stain on a pillow in the master
6. glassware in cabinet filthy
I own a house and understand that things happen. It is impossible to keep all the bugs out. However, my sandy
